David Galler Law group, really helped me save my home. I have a VA loan with New Day Mortgage, which I did everything they asked of me for a loan modification and soon as my package was completed, they transferred my loan to another company, so they can foreclose. The VA representative that I had working on my case, little did I know she was working with them to foreclose on my home. So I had no other choice but to file Chapter 13, in order for me to save my home. Galler Law Group, are very seasoned.

I reached out to your office in regards to a consultation. I spoke with Karen who was unbelievably rude. I told her that i wouldn’t be able to attend the appointment that had been scheduled by your answering service ( which i was unaware of). Furthermore, Karen your office manager accused me of disconnecting (hanging up on her) the phone call when i was looking to reschedule. For this being the first time me reaching out to your firm which by the way i was referred too i couldn’t believe this experience. It truly felt as though i was being attacked over the phone call. I highly recommend Karen (office manager) being taken out of a role of leadership based on that experience. If she behaves in such manner i definitely would not like to see how everyone else is in the office.

Update: This review was suppose to be updated a few weeks ago. To let everyone know that the previous review was truly a knee-jerk reaction which I’m sure every human being has done before! Once you called and explained to me what had happened with your staff and how they were going to be undergoing some more of the managerial training that you had to offer i felt that there was truly hope. For you to say Mr. Galler that i come off hostile you clearly have me confused with someone else. Being apart of the martial arts community and training and studying discipline, respect, honesty, and self control the last thing i would do is look to be hostile. So i take this as a huge insult to my character. I will continue to search for someone that can truly help better my situation. I’m not looking for handouts. And I’m for certain not looking for a firm that believes they can disrespect someone that is reaching out to them for help. Have a blessed day!

Mr. Galler was diligent in working with my past issues, and impending problems. My case was accepted by the bankruptcy court due to him being able to explain where we were. In fact, the bankruptcy court was startled by the evidence, and that I was not irresponsible. There were other factors to be considered. Moving forward, Mr. Galler followed up and ensured that any hurdles were managed and overcome. Since the close, I've called his office to question about impending issues, and they've given advise on the spot.
