Howard called me at 8AM after I was accused with a crime that would hurt my life and my career. I am always trying to learn as much as I can and I know I can be a little bit too much at times. I have had many interactions with different attorneys during my life, some were my classmates, some are family members and some are attorneys I have worked with in the past for immigration purposes or other legal affairs. I can assert that when I compare Mr. Weintraub with them, he shines like a star, and in fact he belongs to a higher league. I had a problem with a traffic citation (expired tag). Before the court, he gave me very comprehensive advices on how to deal with this issue, devised a very thoughtful plan for the court day, and helped me to handle my stress the month before the court. When I was 25 years old I was pulled over in Atlanta for having a tail light out on my car. The police searched my car and immediately called a K-9 unit to my stop. He had me take two investigatory polygraphs (which I passed) pretending they were evidentiary, and then wasted $65,000 in a futile attempt to get them admitted into evidence, as found by District Judge Clarence Cooper in USA v. A STEPHAN BOTES case number 1:04-CV-0568-CC in the Northern District of Georgia. He failed for 16 months leading up to trial to prepare for trial and withdrew as trial counsel just before trial commenced. I sued him for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence and fraud in the case, A. STEPHAN BOTES v. HOWARD J. WEINTRAUB, case no. 1:08-CV-1341-WS0. My suit against Weintraub was dismissed without him having denied the allegations, but on the basis that I did not have one of Weintraub's contemporaries, fellow members of the Bar of Georgia, turn on him. Sharks don't eat their young.

August 2018 I was arrested in Georgia following an accident where I rear-ended another vehicle.
