Best and most professional law firm I've dealt with in a while. Attorney Gearhart was available and ready with real legal advice the moment I dialed her number. My previous employer was harassing me because I got hurt on the job. They claimed I was faking my injury and that I didn't follow the correct protocol. They also tried to get me to sign documents taking fault for my actions. I stepped out and called Attorney Gearhart who advised me not to sign anything. That advice got my medical bills paid and a nice settlement check because attorney Gearhart was able to take all the evidence and represent me without some document I accidentally signed voiding the obvious truth. Well, I dont exactly know what to say because the performance was so STELLAR! This crook of attorney have her contract sent up to if you refuse to settle out with her she will place a lien on any settlement you receive. She is workers comp friendly meaning she gets paid by the WC insurance company to send you out to there doctors. She will not work on your behalf, she’s all about making her next dollar. I wouldn’t refer this attorney to any one. Be careful before signing on to attorneys like her. I’m in the process of filing a complaints against her. If you don’t settle out for what she supposedly argue she will drop you as her client. Again be careful!
