I never thought I would write a review praising a law firm, but here goes...I was on the receiving end of a runaway motorcycle. The bike that hit me was no longer carrying it's operator, as he and said bike had previously parted ways. I sustained a knee injury, lost my meniscus, along with various other lessor issues. Having to spend any time at Atlanta Hospital is grounds for legal action, but I digress. I was referred to Steelhorse by another attendee at the bike event, and that is where I first became acquainted with Bill D'eLia esq. Bill is just a genuinely nice person. I could not have been happier with the outcome, or the process. Dealing with legal matters requires some degree of patience, but Bill was always accessible, considerate, and friendly. I now consider him a friend, and I would use Steelhorse in the future for anything that fits their wheelhouse.

I have used Bill many times and he is the most knowledgeable and precise detailed lawyer I have ever worked with. He works with true passion and compassion during the difficult times that you need a lawyer. He is the best lawyer to work with and will get the most out of your case.

2.5 years for a hit and run. Now Bill wants to say it's because of the non response on the insurance company. I have recorded evidence that that was not the case. Bill is incapable of recognizing his short comings and mistakes and literally blames everyone else but himself for HIS MISTAKES. There was 8 months of no communication. And for whatever reason the address they had on file was from 5 years ago (3 addresses ago)
Maybe if we had this brian guy that is so loved in other reviews we wouldnt give them one star but the unprofessional and extremely disrespectful attitude of Bill is enough to never recommend this firm and a negative star rating if it were possible. I would rather represent myself than deal with a dishonest lawyer whose supposedly on "my team"

Although he wasn't able to take our case Brian called and explained the process. He offered assistance in another area in order to provide the best service he could in this instance. We feel he truly cares about his clients and will take the time to review all details with you so as not to have any misunderstanding or confusion.

Brian at Steelhorse Law is one of the best lawyers you can get. He went above and beyond!! When he was told there was no audio on one of the police cars that arrived at the scene of my accident . He found that unacceptable. He did not stop until he got the audio from that night. I would highly recommend Steelhorse Law, you will not be disappointed!

I see lots of so called "biker lawyers: out there, but NO ONE does more, to give BACK to the biker community, than the firm of Steelhorse Law. I highly recommend that you let them help you the next time a distracted "cager" puts your or a loved one's life in danger.

Absolutely the worst lawyer I have ever had in my life I literally built the case for them and had everything they needed in the first week I hired them then waited and waited for almost four months for them to just write out a demand letter for the insurance company and turn it in after several months of me calling them and them telling me they would call me back and them being very rude then never returning my call exepct one time and that was not a nice conversation on there part I had to have them withdraw off my case and will hire another lawyer for me and my fiance.

Absolutely the worst firm I have tried to use haven't herd anything in 3 months not one call to know what's going on or where im at in the case or what's going on had to have them withdraw from being my lawyer.

On a beautiful fall morning in late October of 2013, I was a passenger on my friend's Harley-Davidson Street Glide motorcycle and we went down on I-75, in 5 lanes of traffic. We had a guardian angel looking after us in the form of a trucker dude in a snow white rig. He saw we were in trouble and immediately got behind us blocking several lanes of traffic from a secondary slam to our vulnerable and broken bodies. He was a first responder and yet there is no record of him on the police report. I remember him telling me I would be okay and that I should just concentrate on getting well and letting my body heal.

I took his advice and began the long process of healing from 5 broken ribs, some head trauma and oddly enough, double vision from my eye balls getting temporarily knocked out of their sockets - that sounds worse than it was but scary nonetheless!

In April of 2014, I was shocked at the medical bills, the insurance demands and all the things that you face AFTER the accident. One of my Ladies of Harley BFFs told me to call Steelhorse Law and let them deal with all of that. I was hesitant about employing a firm based in Atlanta, as I wanted no part of I-75 for awhile! However, Brian Caron assured me we could handle everything by phone, fax or email. He even had a settlement check hand carried to me in Columbus by his associate.

Steelhorse Law worked diligently to get me a settlement that would compensate me for all of my out-of-pocket expenses, loss of wages, lodging expenses and my pain and suffering! I will be eternally grateful for their assistance in having my back and my dwindling bank account!
