Good lawyer and pleasant paralegal. I came to this office for a deportation issue and I got a free consultation although other lawyers have charged me for a consultation. That is not the issue though. This office is very thorough. When other lawyers told me that I had to file to get my permanent residence before I could qualify to get my citizenship they never even checked my background thoroughly. Attorney Ogueri was very patient with me. He found out that I did not even have to apply for permanent residence since I was already a citizen by the child citizen and protection act. I will wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I did not hire him. His marietta office is in a sketchy building. He was late for the meeting and the whole 15min we were there(for $100), I could barely hear him due to very loud window AC unit in his office. Also, he was distracted by 1 phone call and 1 videocall someone else called him on video in which he answered while we were still talking about the process. So, no thanks.

This is the worse Attorney Ever!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!. My husband was trying to get a green card and he stole his money and never did ANY work. and we he tried to talk to him about work and returning his money and he threatened my husband to call the police and have the push out of his office. My husband got nothing for his hard earned $1000 and it has been 3 years!! and he never heard from this Rip off artist not one time. The only reason I am given him a 1 star is because I can't go any lower. Don't waste your money of this clown. Beware find you a good Attorney that will not steal from his own people in times of need.
