After my mother passed away, I contacted Premack’s office. I immediately felt welcome speaking to Mrs. Premack, the office manager. She was thorough, considerate, and helpful. At my appointment I was greeted warmly and with empathy about my situation. Paul Premack then handled the probate quickly and made sure I had answers to all my questions. I called to see if I could get some help setting up a trust for my father. When being told the POA I had from Illinois wasn’t valid in Texas, the office manager laughed at me and said they couldn’t help. I don’t know why someone who practices elder care law would laugh at someone spending money to try and help their loved ones, but it was extremely rude and condescending. He could be the best lawyer in the world and I would never give him my business as his staff is incredibly unprofessional.

Paul Premack has so many clients but we feel like the only ones. We have let our estate planning go undone for too long because we thought working with an attorney would be hard. Our friends told us such stories.

But we found Paul Premack!

He made every step of our process go so smoothly. Compared to our friends' stories, we feel he undercharged for the fine service we received on the phone, in the office, and the understandable estate planning legal documents we received.
