Im glsd to have had Brandi Allday on my case, even though i called her ALL DAY, lol they were PERFECT & i never thought id get a chance to meet tge Rapper but i did today, thx Clever!

After calling Mike Hostilo, we were called back by another agency. For a couple of weeks we were kept in the loop, and our calls were returned. Now 5 months later nobody will return our calls or emails. We have doctor bills that have not been paid, and we can't get any answers. DO NOT CALL THIS OFFICE. Worst experience, no resolution, and no help!

This guy sold me out with the insurance company other attorneys told me my case was worth over
$ 12,000 but they settled for $ 700
And that took over 2 years also I had to travel all over Alabama to get documents that they said they could not get...poor attorney.

After weeks of trying to get my settlement check i have yet to receive it. I have been calling and going by the office and they keep giving me the run around. They said i would get it before the thanksgiving and now they are saying it will be after.

After waiting over two years for our case to be solved, even after being told it would only be eight weeks. I still haven't received a phone call or settlent check even after a letter was mailed toy home three weeks ago from the other insurance company saying theyailed out a third party check...

Went for an initial consult and was told all this great news. Several days later I was notified they wouldn't be able to help me.

This was a good experience, it started out from Terrell coming to see me. & finished with Mr. Do Yaself a Favor, Brandi Allday & Sarah Lord handled the middle section.

Find yourself another attorney. My husband and I were rear ended and it totaled our little car. Upon Mike Hostillo's office taking our case at first they were really good. Then they recommended that I had PT due to my injuries. After going and it not helping we had a hard time getting my records. Our caseworker would call the people leave a message then that was it. I would call a week later nothing she still hadn't heard back from them and told me to give it a few more days. I waited another week still nothing. I then had to take matters in my own hands calling people staying on the phone day in and day out just to get answers and then give them a choice to get my records or I would report them to the GA Medical Board. Only then did I finally get my records sent to the Columbus, Ga Office. If it weren't for me pushing people and demanding my records it would have taken a year because I waited on Mike Hostillo's office for 31/2 months to get my records when it only took me a week.
Then when I got my settlement with my injuries I felt cheated. I went from walking to not being able to walk without the assistance of a walker only to be given a lower offer than what I should have been given for my back injuries. I asked our attorney, "What about my injuries? Surely we can get more?" Her excuse was that was a good offer. Only to find out after I agreed to the offer, that I could have gotten more. Also they lied to me. She gave me my offer then tells me they are going to work with the hospital to get my bill reduced by $2,000 so I assumed that would give me an additional $2,000. Upon picking up my check I didn't see it more and when I asked I was told that was how much it was with the reduction of my ER bill. So do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that will actually get you the money for your injuries that you deserve, call you back and do what they are supposed to otherwise, be prepared to do their jobs for them and pay them.

In 2017, I received a severe neck injury due to being rear ended. As a result, I had to have my neck surgically repaired. I immediately contacted Mike Hostillo and Associates. They gave me exceptional service throughout my entire case. The opposing party made several bad faith offers. Hostillo’s staff kept me encouraged. I have no personal experience with this law firm but if I had to choose one, this would be my first choice based on his quality of commercials. But! I know this is extremely shallow of me, but I must say, I absolutely detest the newest one Mike! I cannot turn the channel fast enough. This does make a difference in a person making up their mind sometimes, just so you know. I am not an old foggey either, fyi. All of the other lawyer commercials, I refuse to even listen to, I don't know their names. Thank you for hearing me through for what it's worth. Please take it off the air! Please.

I wanted to hire the firm and one of the attorney or paralegal told me that because i hired another attorney before they couldn't help me ,i was never given the opportunity to explain i owed nothing to the other firm and they allowed me out of my contract.From my conversation they were very unorganized and unprofessional i wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone....it only took 2 phone calls to figure this out.

One day I hope to get a call back on some unresolved issues about money being held back and was told to call back but every time I call, no one wants to answer my call. Very unprofessional. I wished I never used them. I thought customer service was number one.

This Law Firm is a Scam and a Disgrace to the profession. I was injured in September 2017 when I was rear-ended by a young female driver who was speeding and on the phone. The only help I was given was an 8 day car rental after waiting over 2 months for the Accident Report & for the other insurance, Geico, to take responsibility. After 5 months and NO RESULTS, Hostilo Law Firm dropped the case and I didn't see a dime. I wouldn't recommend this Firm if it was the ONLY FIRM ON EARTH.
