My brother hired Lloyd and Hogan in Birmingham for help with his disability. He can never talk to anyone and leaving a message is a joke! His wife has done all the leg work on this case. He has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer and when his wife finally spoke with his case worker, she was told his court date for February 2019 could not be moved up!!! OMG...praying he makes it to February.

If possible, I'd give this firm negative stars. I STRONGLY advise you choose a different firm to represent you. They are a very poor excuse for attorney's. They don't care about you as a person or a case and will not devote the attention deserved. I talked to other lawyers in hopes to fire the one I had in this firm and regret every single day for not doing it. The small cost I would have had to pay to switch lawyers at the point I was at in my case would have been worth it because the rest of my life is affected due to the lack of concern and legal advice provided. If I could keep even one person from having been poorly represented by these people it would be worth it. Don't make the mistake I made. Hire Alexander Shunnarah before you throw your case away with Lloyd and Hogan.

The bar of the service is very low you might as well just go with a free lawyer that's about what the service they offer is worth.

I hired Lloyd & Hogan for a personal injury after being hit by a drunk driver. The folks I dealt with failed to honor their word. Do not take anything said in conversation as truth. Have ALL correspondence done in writing. Agreements we made over the phone were later denied. They agreed to an even split because they could not get more or refused to continue the case. Also, they continually urged me to settle the case for less than what I should have received. I am left with nerve damage in my neck, which causes tremmors in my right hand. The fiirm made out well.

Lloyd & Hogan did a wonderful job helping me with my Social Security disability. Everyone was very responsive and always acted like they were happy to answer my questions and help me. Special thanks to Abby, Allison, Amber and Heather. You were amazing!

Abbey Clarkson represented me yesterday on a SS Disability appeal. We haven't received the final judgement but either way I couldn't have asked for better representation. She was organized, precise and understood the proceedure in a way I never could. The judge respected her and her preparedness. They represented my children for an airbag deployment incident that happened at an impound lot which got a settlement for my kids really think it should have been more and I feel they knew they could get an easy win for them but when it came to me they did not want to bother with the hassle of actually having to fight a case that was a little more difficult because the impound lot owner in Calhoun County that committed the incident by slamming my driver door which deployed airbag on me and my kids which also totaled out my truck making me a victim as well there's no reason why I should be compensated as well.
However since the impound owner works with the Calhoun County courthouses and Sheriff's the magistrates at Calhoun County Courthouse would not let me swear a warrant on the owner of the impound lot but then all of a sudden after getting a small claims paperwork to file against them I suddenly have a warrant for assault charges when I never assaulted anybody court systems there would not even allow me to call my Witnesses that would prove that he is a liar and proved that the Calhoun County Court System is unjust but since supposedly I got in a fight with the owner which I never did I only was defending myself and never threw any punches only foul language however they would not represent me for the case

Cameron Hogan handled my accident claim and did a great job in handling all the paperwork, taking care of medical bills so I could focus on recovering and not having the added stress.
