The old woman thats a paralegal at this firm has a nasty personality and was disgustingly rude when I asked to speak with a attorney about my case she snapped at me and told me in a loud tone that I needed to be patient and go have a seat til he get back.i was patient from the moment I walked in the door.i left that very second she snapped and went to Morgan and Morgan an attorney that values customers .

Joseph Riley is a terrible attorney he takes your family money and lose their court case for their trial appearance you would be better off getting a public defender or representing yourself

Loyal Attorney Mr. Joseph Wiley. I went to Mr Wiley two years ago regarding a toxic divorce. My ex-husband was difficult to work with that’s why everything was put on hold. At the time we both were Active Duty I have two children one by him and they both were in my care. Towards the end Mr. Wiley was at every court session speaking on my behalf. I lost a lot of money due to the ex changing his mind about everything but like I mentioned before he was present for EVERY court session and represented me. The case has been closed this week actually.

This attorney is more concerned about getting your money than helping his clients. His Legal knowledge of the Law lacks professionalism. His advice was always questionable. He never wanted to do the work himself and would tell us to give the Judge or Clerks a call to answer questions. What kind of an Attorney does that. It's very hard contacting him when needed. I can go on and on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY.

This attorney said he handles immigration cases and would complete his portion of the paperwork (I-130 & I-130A) within 2 to 3 weeks max. Actually he had my case for a total of almost a year never doing any of the paperwork! I always called him every week to ask him what he needed from me to complete my case so he could send it to USCIS so the immigration process could begin. He NEVER knew what he needed, always stated he had to ask that man in his office with him what he needed from me. He Took all of my money, asked me to tell my husband to wire the Government (Immigration) Fee directly to his personal bank account and the rest he asked me to bring to him in cash not money order like I was doing in the beginning! After I had completed the payment to this man in full for his services, he asked me to stop calling him. Finally I decided to do my case on my on, because my husband and I are ready to share the rest of our lives together. Now because of this attorney we have to face that we will not be able to spend our first Anniversary together! So I gave this man a letter to ask for a full refund since he never did any work on my case except a simple affidavit showing I was free to remarry. I was instructed by The Bar Association of Georgia to write this letter to him first to ask him for the funds back. He never responded to my letter that I personally drove to his office to serve him. When I returned to his office with my witnesses, because I no longer feel safe around him and his associate. I was hoping to get my money back from a reasonable person. Instead as we were walking up to his office, he walked out of his office and locked us out of his office and sat in his car until we would leave his office! This is when I filed a grievance with The Bar Association of Georgia. Since I have requested my funds he took from me and my husband he has started slandering my name to the Bar Association and being very deceptive. Now he wants to go to court for this case! Well I guess that’s what I’m going to have to do, because when you hire an attorney you expect to get great service! He is truly not here to help me and my husband! He was here to try to hurt us and try to destroy the good reputation that I have in Columbus! And the statements he has made to the Bar makes me wonder does he have something against me personally or the fact that I’m married to a foreigner. But being an immigration Attorney as he states he is, I thought an attorney was comfortable with having no judgement against being married to a foreigner! Maybe he is a good attorney for some people! But for me and my husband we had a very bad experience. (Very Disappointed)
