MARK POLSON is the worst attorney I have ever came in contact with! Their communication skills need to be improved for sure. I live all the way in Jackson,MS and every time I need info from them or their office I have to drive to AL. We had court in January nobody ever contacted us to inform us that the court house was closed so then they rescheduled for April we get to the court house and have to go to the 9th floor to find out what court room we are suppose to be in. We get into the court room and do not see the attorney anywhere. We initially hired Whitney polson which has yet to show his face in the court room. We then wait until court starts to find out he's sent his RUDE DAD that knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this case. So we stand before the judge who is having to explain to me what Polson was suppose to explain and we leave still confused because our attorney is a complete IDIOT. So here it is May 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. And the dad appears back in the court room when I told Jennifer I did NOT want him representing my case. He then comes with a rude attitude and basically tells me what I'm going plead. We go in front of the judge while everybody is watching this uneducated attorney representing a case he once again knows NOTHING ABOUT. So I had to fire him in front of the judge. If it wasn't for the staff in that court room today I would have left in shambles thank god for good people. NEVER EVER USE THIS LAW FIRM EVER
