He was extremely rude. It's one thing to tell your client that there's nothing to be done, but it's another to get up and yell so that everyone down the hall can hear, too. Also, had a visible issue with my mother's accent.

He's top notch. His been my attorney for more than one thing (i.e divorce, criminal charges etc) and I'm always completely satisfied with the outcome. He's in the know and a very ethical man. He will do everything he can for you. Also, advice to future clients: You won't ever regret hiring him. And you should trust him enough to be 100% honest with him. He knows what he's doing.

Absolutely horrible! From the moment I sat down with him in his office he treated me with such disrespect. He asked me to tell him what happened, I started to explain. He stopped me 3 words in and said "that is not what I asked, I asked you what happened" so I proceed to say what I tried to say in the first place, he interrupted again with "that is not what I asked you" so I asked him just what he wanted me to say? His response again was "what happened?" My husband stepped in at that moment to stop me from screaming at him. He was less than interested in my case until he found out my husband also needed attorney services.. so during MY consult he took interest in my husband and wanted nothing further to do with me. However, he charges us $4000 together. I was told to "sit down and shut the F@?! Up numerous times, he didn't even look at the evidence provided, and when asked if I could sue the accusing party for false accusations, he said " just shut the F@&$ up and take that your case was dismissed. Very unprofessional in my opinion. He has was fired on behalf of me and my husband.. almost $3000 later.. now onto a new and more professional attorney who knows how to treat their clients with respect. Not at all worth the money invested.

I cannot rate him on criminal law but as far as child support goes, you might want to go somewhere else. You hear stories about how the lawyers in the Columbus area are buddy-buddy and someone told me to get a lawyer from Atlanta. I had all kinds of receipts and documentation but I did not gain any ground. I would have been better off paying that $1500 retainer fee to DHS. At least he and the office staff were nice.

If you want a lawyer that studies your case the day of your court appearance then this is your guy. Total waste of money! Try the guy across the hall from him, prolly have better luck.
