To date, I’ve truly never had such direct results. While nothing can be promised in the beginning, Mr. Polson profoundly performed as expected and handled my case with a pre-trial diversion. Without him, I most certainly wouldn’t have had this outcome. The judge said it himself:

Great Firm and Great people

Husband was charged with DUI any substance and a disorderly conduct (added later), after being involved in a single car accident. He was not offered a Breathalyzer test until he was being processed at the county jail. And of course by then he refused. He was arrested under a presumption and without proof. We contacted several Lawyers before speaking with Whitney Polson and no one told us the real deal like Mr. Polson did. We were so impressed with his consultation that we paid 75% of his starting fee that day! And he delivered far better than what other lawyers had told us which was mostly "I will try but....." . One lawyer even told him he was "screwed". Polson worked with us on the remaining balance and when court day arrived he worked his amazing skills and was able to get the DUI dismissed!!
