My 5 star rating is for the newest associate at the firm; Attorney Josh Fleitas. He recently handled an eviction for my mother (82), at her home in Cochran Ga.
Attorney Josh Fleitas always took the time to explain to us legal terms that we didn't understand, he walked us thru step by step. He always returned our calls right away. He was always professional and friendly. We certainly couldn't have managed our situation without him.
I definitely recommend him and if my family needs legal representation again, we will definitely call on Attorney Josh Fleitas.

Peggy Bruce is the jewel of this team and Mr. Funderburk handled a mortgage assumption very well... Robert Lane is a crook. Wouldn't say anything without a consultation fee. The hour long consultation was 15 min of actual business and the rest telling me about his condos then said "I'll make a call." After paying $75 for that he never did ANYTHING else. I placed 6 phone calls in the next month, left 3 v/m's and 3 msg's with the secretary NONE of which were returned. His secretary's tone is like you are beneath her and bothering her each time we spoke. Wish I could review them separately because Mr. Funderburk and especially Peggy deserves better. Moving on.

So we know that all lawyers lie, not like these guys. Very dishonest in and out of the court room. Have minimum knowledge of the law, and are all about just taking your money. Oh, and if you are in the military, you will get screwed even more. Stay far away from these crooks. My case was lost against the insurance company because they failed to file documentation on time. Good thing I found another lawyer in the area to fix their mistakes.
