When my husband at the time told me we needed to go our separate ways I had no idea where to go to find an attorney. So I pulled out a Yellow pages phone book and started looking at the ads for divorce attorneys. There was one that caught my eye and I liked their ad. They also had a video you could watch & it really impressed me because they were so family oriented. I made an appointment for a free consultation. I was very impressed by the attention I got & the answers I received so I retained them. They told me I could call any time I had a question or didn’t understand something. Well believe me I called with questions all the time (early in the morning or in the evenings) and even sent emails, lots of emails and they had answers for me & quickly. If they didn’t have an answer they researched it and got back to me. They fought for my case and fought hard. They were very thorough and knew what questions to ask the opposing attorney. I received everything I asked for and more. I couldn’t be happier. The whole staff at The Rose Law Firm, LLC was there for me. This law firm is a true rip off!! If you care about your child please find another law firm to represent you! They only care about the money I paid them over 20,000 and we never went to court that was 20,000 of paperwork and emails. I went to another attorney paid 2500.00 and got results. Please save your money they don’t care about the client or the children.

Rose Law Firm only took $$$$, and never made it to court after hiring them for a year. Simple case that should jave been settled in a few months at the longest. They charge for everything, phone calls, reading emails etc. Thousands of dollars one year later we fired them. Oh and did i mention you have to pay in advance or they do Nothing. They did nothing anyway. I Highly Do Not Recommend this Law Firm.

I'm in the public eye so privacy is a big deal to me, this firm handled my case quickly and discreetly and protected my children from being dragged through public embarrassment. My father passed a little while back and left a large estate of which we recently had to get probated. His estate plan was done by Rose Law. According to the probate attorney the plan was very complete and one of the best estate plans he had come across in some time, it left no loopholes, questions, or anything to squabble over. This Law Firm filed the following - 1-A notice of appearance - 2-a continuation - 3-created interrogatories and Showed up to court for 4 hours and did NOTHING!
MY son’s father is a felon, committing adultery, tax evasion and the list goes on. Sandra Remington at the Rose Lawfirm, Birmingham, AL. ONLY was able to secure me one supervised phone call a day and one supervised visitation a WEEK! They acted like I was the criminal. I traveled from Alaska and am sitting here now waiting for six days to pass to see my son, my baby my heart. She told me NOT to hire a Guardian Ad Litem for my son.
THE ROSE LAWFIRM WILL DO NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY. This is the type of attorneys we are ALL warned about. If you want a GOOD attorney I would go else where. I fired her that SAME DAY WE LEFT COURT and hired a new attorney.

Amazing group of women and attorneys! These ladies helped me through the darkest time of my life with grace. Due to the stress of my personal situation I probably went off the deep end a few times but they always seemed to take it in stride and knew how to calm me and help me get my mind right. Beyond that, they kept me very informed about what was going on and what everything meant to my case in normal english and didn't try to "lawyer talk" me which I really appreciated. In the end they worked out a great deal on a settlement and saved me from having to drag my kids through court as well as pay the extra expenses of dragging this whole thing out.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this firm a 0 Star, I would! Do not and I repeat do not trust this firm! They do not care about you at all! You can request meetings, phone calls, etc. and you will be denied. They will tell you that you are demanding because you ask them to do something legit for your $$$. Katherine Haynes charged me $28,000 + from February 2, 2018 to March 30, 2018. This firm harassed me in very short periods of time for another $5500 replenishment. The stress, and anguish of not having the money and continually being told to give me more money or I will drop you has resulted in me possibly having to file for bankruptcy in order to pay it back and left me vulnerable to opposing counsel. When I told her that I had paid all of this money and I didn’t have any more, she didn’t even care, she said that was the hand you were dealt! She has now dropped me and left me to fend for myself without a care in the world and even said in her closing letter that I am now representing myself! I had to ask her over and over again to do things meanwhile they were hitting me up for another replenishment. The charges are ridiculous!!! You are charged for someone to walk from 1 room to the next with your paperwork. You are charged for a missed call. You are charged per email. I asked her to explain why she had not taken care of some items, my email was about 3 pages long...her response email cost me $625!!!! My ex even verbally attacked me in the hallway in court and she did not even bother to file anything against him. The list goes on and on!!!! And I even asked for a meeting with the owner and was denied! Please rethink if you are considering this firm!!!

The following is my opinion of the Rose Law Firm. I have never seen such a gross misuse of funds and lack of competency in all of my years in dealing with lawyers and law firms. This firm is focused on money first, client last. I worked with a client of theirs to try and resolve a divorce case. Katherine Haynes was the appointed attorney. The client had to do a large amount of work for the case and had to repeatedly ask for action to be taken on her behalf. Haynes would not file contempt or compel orders, unless the client insisted and forced her hand. The client was charged $28,000 from Feb. 2, 2018 to March 31, 2018. The majority of these charges were for emails, phone calls and copying. Accounts are to maintain a balance of $5500 and when they drop to $1500 or below the client is to replenish back to the $5500. When the client told Haynes that she could not replenish, Haynes begin to threaten withdrawal. The client stated that there were approximately excessive in charges that needed to be addressed and would potentially replenish her account, if corrected. She asked to meet with Haynes on at least 5 occasions and requested a meeting with Jennifer Rose at least twice to discuss the bill and was refused a meeting each time. Haynes dropped the client and left her vulnerable and told her that she would need to defend herself and respond to opposing’s motions and emails until she could find other counsel. Opposing immediately pounced on her and took advantage of her being without counsel. Haynes stated that opposing was difficult to deal with, caused her stress, and extra work. Yet, she left the client to be open prey. When Haynes went to the first hearing, in my opinion, she was not prepared, panicked, breaking out in a sweat and frustrated. She was not able to stand up to opposing and did not adequately defend her client. She dropped the ball on many items and the client was made to feel at fault. On many reviews, Jennifer Rose states she would like past clients who post negative reviews to call her and discuss it because she wants to work it out and ends with “God Bless.” As a Christian, I’m totally offended by the lackadaisical use of this terminology. As I have personally witnessed no evidence of Christian compassion whatsoever from Haynes or Rose. I would not recommend using this firm, even if you have $28,000 to blow because, in my opinion, you won’t get your money’s worth. I give this firm a rating of below zero.

Met with Katherine Haynes recently about getting a divorce and was very pleased with her as an attorney and person. Not only did she lay out all my options but she didn't pressure me into a divorce. Thanks to her advice my spouse and I are now going to try counseling instead of divorce. The Rose Law Firm successfully wrapped up a contentious divorce for me recently and this is how I'd rate them. Service 10/10 Attorneys Ronilo and Haynes gave me their cell numbers, were always available at ALL hours through phones email or text, answered all my questions quickly and in detail, treated me with respect and always made me feel like my case and family was very important to them. What more can you ask? Price 8/10 I've used other attorneys in the past and shopped around too. The rates here fall about the middle of the range of all attorneys in town. Considering their expertise I feel like they were a bargain as I've found (and used) attorneys who were obviously not as talented or knowledgeable charging double the retainers. Results 10/10 I asked for a lot and they delivered, not much else to say. They came to every hearing, deposition, and finally my trial very prepared and polished. Thankfully they were very aggressive in arguing for me and in moving the case forward or I think the other side would have dragged their feet forever. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Overall 10/10 I hope to never get divorced again but I would use these ladies if I did. Overall I'm very satisfied. Thank you to everyone who worked on my case.

I had Mrs. Lindsay Ronilo as my attorney and I'm very happy with the way she handled my case and the way it turned out. She was caring and sensitive towards my situation but also straightforward and did not sugar coat things I did not want to hear. I feel her open nature helped me make the RIGHT decisions about how to ask her to proceed during crucial points in my divorce. We used the services of Rose Law Firm and worked with Deborah Gregory on a child custody matter. Our case was closed this week; and Ms. Gregory did an outstanding job (with the final disposition of the case exceeding our expectations). Ms. Gregory is very thorough, sharp, strategic, pragmatic, and kind. While the attorney fees may be pricey, they are worth it for the quality of the work. I would add, as well, that Ms. Gregory did not waste our time or the court's time; she handled matters as expeditiously as possible.

Divorce really sucks truthfully. With that being said I'm glad I used Ms. Ronilo and this firm they were knowledgable, professional, and understanding when God knows I needed all of those things. She fought for me and helped me get through a really dark time in my life.

I love these women but I feel bad they had to deal with my ex. They handled his craziness better than I ever did but it was embarrassing that he was being such a jerk through our whole divorce. It did make me feel better when one of them told me not to worry because they deal with people like him and worse all the time. it was nice when we got to trial and all his lies came home to roost and my attorney shredded him as it was fun for me but it had to be for her as well by that point. Lost 200 disgusting pounds that day, best diet ever!

I can't say enough good things about them. They treated me great and got my case done super fast. When I came to Jennifer I had a divorce that my ex and her attorney had been dragging on for two years, but Jennifer got it settled within 2 months from the day I hired and even got my ex to settle for less than some of the previous offers they turned down.

I gave Rose Law Firm of a retainer for $2,000 for my child support case. Several months later they refused to give me an update and had the gall to ask for more money. I spent $2000 on nothing.

I Should have came here first

Before I hired Jennifer I had hired a different attorney who promised to do my case on the cheap but ended up messing it up instead! After a few months of using the services here at rose firm I really feel I wouldn't be in this mess had I hired y'all first. Thank you for working so hard to straighten things out for my family, I finally feel like i'm in good hands for once.

I have so many things I can say about this firm with evidence to back it. I will start with not being notified of canceled meetings and court dates. Actually I got a call one time canceling a meeting that I wasn't even told I had. Was informed by the defendant about a court cancelation and then a few days later received the letter from my attorney with a post marked date after my court date. The firm had to postpone my last court date because my attorney had another client that had a case to carry over from the previous week. When I questioned Mrs. Rose about hiring a new attorney and putting her on my case she told me I hired the Rose Law Firm not her. With invoices showing her reviewing my case and me being charged for it I asked her why there was nobody from the firm there to represent me instead of me having to postpone again and her answer to me was “your case may not have been tried anyways ". You are charged for each email to and from as .10 of an hour unless there is an attachment and then it is .20. If you have a meeting scheduled and they have to cancel then you are charged for them to call and tell you. You are charged for them to park for court. Over a year and a half and all that has been done is cases postponed, deposition, emails, phone calls, 4 or 5 subpoenas, and a temporary order that had to let my son live with his mother until another court date could be scheduled and I promise people would not believe what I have paid for this service. Was told I would get a special setting for my case in order to get this done and now have found out the court date scheduled for 4 months later is not a special setting and will most likely be pushed back further and cost me several thousand more dollars. I could go over the 4000 characters very easily with the way my case has been handled by this firm but if I can save one person from this problem then the $20,000+ will not have been ifor nothing.

PS.....the firm has withdrawn from my case without letting me know and now I am just out those many thousands of dollars and have to start over with a new attorney which proves this firm cares about one thing and it is not your family. MY NEW ATTORNEY HAD THE CASE COMPLETELY FINISHED IN 3 MONTHS!!!!

Poor service they cancel my appointment because she claim to have an "emergency" but did not inform me. The only way i found out the appointment was cancel because i had left the house and did not no were the office was so i call them to get direction and that is when they let me no the appointment was cancel. At that they had the nerve to lie and say they had call, Never again

As a paralegal working for another firm that handles multiple kinds of cases I already knew which attorneys are best from dealing with them daily. I received my boss' blessing to hire a family law only practice instead of his multi-practice for my divorce and he confirmed with me my choice was a good one. It is telling that Mrs. Rose is able to practice one type of law and employ 2 other very good attorneys as well, if you're good, word gets around. I know I was represented much better by Jennifer and Mallory than my husband was by his attorney and far more aggressively. I highly recommend them.
