If we would have called him first instead of contacting other lawyers, we probably wouldn’t even be in this situation anymore. It is nice to have an attorney that seems to care about what we are going through and is doing what he can to help us. I will definitely refer him if that is to ever come up. I really hate to give a bad review but communication was bad not only with Mr Eversole but his office too. A few months into my case he dropped me as a client for doing nothing wrong and referred me to Dixon Law who was amazing! I found out I had no legal representation from the opposing council 2 weeks after he dropped me and then received 2 certified letters at work 2 months later. Not really a good way to practice business in my opinion.

Very unprofessional and dissatisfying experience dealing with Eversole Law. Had to request 3-4 times to get receipts, which turned into me having to show up at their office before they would send to me. Not to mention he didn’t even both showing up to either one of my court dates without so much as even a courtesy call. For the $2K he charges for retainer, I expected more especially when he prides himself on customer service. I will never recommend Eversole Law to anyone.

He missed scheduled meetings. He didn't know when my court date was. He was unprepared. He charged me $4400 for what he said were for phone calls to the DA.

Do not use Steven Eversole out of Birmingham Alabama as an attorney. I'm warning you he will get your money. My mother lost almost $4,000 from him; in which he promised us some good news for a rule 32 appeal in which he wrote to the States of Alabama for my brother to get a lesser sentence on his case.

Steven worked very hard for me and was able to accomplish great results. I wouldn't be where I am today without his help. I don't believe they could have done a better job. I've known Steven Eversole for a long time and his firm is great. They are aggressive and work hard for their clients. There is a 24 hour call back rule and they adhere to it religiously. If you want a great firm, hire them.
