I strongly suggest anyone looking for a lawyer find another one. Don't use him. He charged me a flat fee got paid and after that didn't care. He's a SCAM.
*He actually didn't show up for court. He told me to ask for a continuance over the phone and the judge refused. So I had a hearing with no representation after I paid him. What kind of lawyer doesn't show up for court?
*The G-A-L was sending him emails and he wouldn't respond to her. She said he told her don't communicate with me only communicate with him about my case.
*He didn't defend me properly. I was forced to have visitations with my son's mother's husband's mother. She definitely had animosity towards me. He wouldn't do anything to change the situation. Ruined my visitations.
* The stuff drug on from 2018 until 2019.
With him as my lawyer he got an agreement set up where I saw my son 2 hours every other Saturday supervised by well my son's mother's husband's mother. I had it set up so he spent the night Friday till Sunday every other week. I was better off without him. He did nothing about my visitations.
*After I paid the guy off and called him he wanted more money. He told me the amount he charged. Then he asked if we were squared i let him know i had all the receipts.
*I dreaded court because some days I would be in there almost arguing with this guy. If I said I just want my son. I'm not thinking about her. He would reply well she doesn't want you either. He continuously had smart remarks like that to make.
DON'T LET THIS GUY SCAM YOU. GET ANOTHER LAWYER.

No stars wasn't an option. I did most of the work myself. Seemed to be off all the time. Scam artist with a law degree.

This 'so called attorney' is a scam artist. He is not a divorce attorney even though he purports to be one. He scammed me out of $1000 and did absolutely nothing for me. I will pursue a full refund with my last breath. I am posting this to give anyone who is doing business with him a heads up. Be aware!
