Josh Swords was the attorney when my grandson was in an automobile accident. Josh came to see him in the hospital and talked with him and explained everything to him. He handled all the legal aspects of the situation and was very professional. The accident was not the fault of my grandson but he had a lot of injuries and Josh was there as much as a friend for him as an attorney. Great office staff. And of course Roll Tide

Dishonest, unethical, incompetent, lazy, and unaware of laws, words, accounting, sayings, clocks, and the location of the courthouse. He does enjoy writing his own reviews, plagiarizing his website, refusing to account for time & work or return files, ignoring the State Bar Association, and threatening his own clients (conveniently in writing, but also billable to said clients). However, he does give fairly accurate advice to the opposing party. Therefore, unless you are wanting to go to prison for a code violation, I highly recommend retaining my inbred golden retriever for any legal needs for which you are considering Mr. Swords. If in doubt, please read the inevitable retaliatory/discrediting review to be written next by an extremely pleased, but imaginary client. You're welcome.
UPDATE: 10/18 Amazingly, my earlier review was too kind. Things got much worse. I thought it not possible.
