Good lawyer

I'm certain Josh is one of the worst Attorney's I have ever seen! After paying him the initial retainer and fee he files 1 paper on a appeal for child custody and none of which stated in his appeal even applied to me and my situation. Not to mention, it was barely a more than a paragraph. I knew the moment I seen it I was screwed! You would tgink lesson learned right? Nope! Giving him the benefit I went and paid him another $500.00. And once I got to what I thought was his office I was quickly informed by Randy Hames that Josh skipped out during the weekend and didn't pay his rent for the office. Finally, I was able to locate Josh at Nathan Brock's firm and paid him. And not long after I learned he is no longer in that firm either. If you hire Josh be careful! He will pretend to listen while playing with a handful of quarter's and build you up to get the money then he will repeat again a few weeks later! If he has taken your money follow suit and report him to the bar as other's have stated. Make sure you keep all documents regarding your case.

Josh O'Neal is the absolute worst attorney I have ever had. He refuses to return phone calls. He called me ONE TIME during my divorce, the day before the hearing. He never even bothered to send me the final divorce decree. I had no idea what my divorce papers said until his secretary emailed them to me, after the THIRD request. I know all of his secretaries because they are the only ones I could ever talk to. Half the time, they didn't return phone calls either. Halfway through the 'mediation' I got the distinct feeling that he was working for the other side. He obviously thinks he can make a living by gaining clients, screwing them over, and going on to the next victim. He must be too young and immature to grasp the concept that most people will need an attorney more than ONCE in their lifetime, and if he thinks he can be successful without the benefit of repeat clients, he is delusional. If he was the last attorney on earth, I would never hire him again. My divorce is final; I'm still missing half my belongings; he's promised me a refund twice and never delivered. On top of that, he suggested we file a contempt motion because of the fact that I was not given all the belongings I was entitled to. He didn't mention at the time that he planned on charging me an additional $1500 to do what I'd already paid him to do. In my opinion, the reason all his pictures on FB look like gangster photos is because he is a crook. He will stand there and 'listen' to you, but he is just pretending to hear you. You'd have more luck talking to a brick wall. Plus the brick wall might return your calls. I read a bad review of his, and I should have heeded it. Well I've been a client of Brock and O'Neal for a few months now and I can honestly say that they've been a great group of people. Everyone has been more than forthcoming and honest, although I kinda miss Mahan, I still feel that I've made a grand decision in choosing Brock, O'Neal, and Kilgo as my team of advocates. Thanks guys for all of your hard work this far, and I hope to continue a lasting relationship with you all...

Terrible I would never recommend Josh O'Neal to anyone his secretary is horrible and rude he is never available to speak with and he is always out of state according to his secretary!!!! If there was a way to give him and his staff no stars I would!!!! Terrible customer service!!!! Don't waste your money he promises one thing when u consult with him then it's something totally different later!!!! You always have to talk to his secretary because he doesn't like speaking with his clients apparently he is a rip off!!!! Thanks and be blessed!!!!

Great guy. Worked with me with payment, stayed late and his secretaries are wonderful. Definitely use him in the future if I have to have a attorney (but maybe I won't have to have one)

He was the only attorney to work with my fiance. He closed at 5 but stayed open late because my fiance doesn't get off work and home before then. But... Didn't file paper work on time now I can't get married on my Great Grandmother s birthday. Can't get married until January. So upset.
