We were selling our house. He was not friendly to us. Was more focused on the buyers (because they were paying him). Was kind of rude to us. All my future real estate needs will be done through another lawyer. Conference room was bad. It had a master lock to an inside door which made no sense. Room was hot. No receptionist to meet us. Just not a good experience. Hey Freddy... The sellers are people too. Remember that.
