Elizabeth by far is the best divorce attorney. Prior to meeting Elizabeth I had another attorney who knew very little about divorce laws, and did not keep me up to date. After firing that attorney, I was never notified I had a court conference in two days in attempt to settle. I researched top divorce attorney's not just via google but by asking other attorney's that practiced in other areas of law. Elizabeth was highly recommended. Within 10 minutes of meeting with her, I knew she was the attorney I needed. She was very compassionate in listening to the horrible situation I was in, and gave tremendous comfort informing me the "legal threats" my previous attorney never addressed, where inaccurate. This firm has a great team in place to help you navigate through the chaos of Family Court. Ms Zwiebel knows family law, the family court system, and of paramount importance - is very well respected by the Family Court judges and others within this brutal system. It’s best to avoid getting involved in Family Court altogether, but if you are forced to do battle, you want Zwiebel leading the charge. Experience matters and this firm has plenty!

They are liars and will rob you for your money, if you use their lawyers! They never talked to me about my case besides the first time! Dont use them period, you are better off representing yourself! They didn't tell me my court date changed because they wasn't paying attention to my case or informing me on important details about my case. Terrible lawyers and service! Like I said they are liars, they didn't contact me several times, I had to call them, I cant recall once they contacted me specifically about my case, maybe about my payments but not about important info on my case that another lawyer informed me about, and said they should have told me. I never write reviews and I have found myself writing 2 reviews this week. I had an appointment with a divorce lawyer at the Zwiebel Law Firm. Elizabeth Zwiebel was amazing. Her staff really welcomed me. I had a whole notebook of things I needed to tell her. I felt like no one would take the time to listen to me and she NEVER stopped listening, taking notes and giving legal advice on each item I discussed. I really felt like she knew what I was going through. She knows the law and especially divorce law. I met with other attorneys who rushed me through the meeting and didn't know half of the law that she did. She even called me later to let me know of a new law that applied to my special situation. She knew that alimony was not taxable to me. She new that child support was not taxable and was also incorrectly calculated in my last order. She knew that my children needed a stable environment. She knew that I was able to ask for 50% of retirement funds we had saved during our long marriage. She knew that the judge would give me all that and more. She knew that I could straighten out a terrible situation. I was so glad that I decided change attorneys and go with the winner. I can honestly say this prompted me to write a review. I was in a custody battle for my son...over $10,000 later im in the same place i started before i hired these "lawyers." I spoke with the other parties lawyer who told me that shes done more for them...(which she did which is why they won) and that she was nowhere NEAR charging them $10,000. All these people can do is talk! I wouldnt trust them handling a traffic ticket!
