I would 100% reccomend Andrew Deegan to anyone having legal troubles! I've never been on the wrong side of the law before I was in need of his services, & an absolute wreck of nervous anxiety during our first meeting. I left his office much calmer than when I entered.

I would strongly recommend Andrew Deegan for your criminal needs. My experience with Andrew was very professional. I found Andrew to be very upfront and honest with me. I will also say that he is a good listener ;( we would often talk after hours or on the weekends), very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Just shows his compassion about his work and the care he has for his clients. Andrew was able to help me with a not so ordinary case out of Wise County while I resided in Tarrant County. I was charged with a third degree felony that by definition was one of the worst written laws to have ever been written. My case was active in the courts for two years. This was no fault of mine or Andrew’s as this was the workings of the Wise County court. We had some major and unforeseen challenges in front of us during this two year time frame. We had two different judges (the county only has one) and we had two different district attorneys to contend with. Andrew was excellent at providing a solution to these issues. With my case being in a different county and not of the norm Andrew was able to use his resources to help provide a service. What this means is that I had a civil case that needed attention and he was able to source and recommend an attorney for me. Andrew was also able to resource an attorney in Wise County. The reasoning for this attorney is that he was able to provide us with valuable input and experience as he has a working knowledge of the DA and the Judge on a daily basis. Although we did not go to trial I felt very confident that we would have won and had the case dismissed. As the story goes the DA pulled some last minute shenanigans that required me to make a decision with little time to mull it over. Andrew was there by my side and still working away as we negotiated my sentencing with the DA and was able to change some of the conditions. In closing I am on two year supervised probation, eighty hours of community service, the transfer of my probation to be moved into, Tarrant County plus a few other conditions that Tarrant County and the State of Texas tacked on. When my probation is complete the charges will dropped to a class B misdemeanor and then will be deferred adjudication.

Mr. Andrew Deegan, is a very nice young man and a reasonably priced attorney. He was very helpful with my case and was able to help in having one of my charges dismissed and lower the second, and had I been willing to continue the case and hassle, he would have fought to defend for me all the way through a jury trial to possibly have all charges dismissed. He was very cooperative, understanding, patient and willing to listen and help get things done.

so much to say but don’t wanna write a novel. so I’ll leave this short and sweet. i will never recommend this attorney again. his prices are fair if he puts 110% into it, but he is extremely pricey for just letting the other party have whatever they want. basically the judge made her decision without my side ever being acknowledged, and this attorney didn’t even fight for me in court. he should of requested a different judge since before ever walking into court she had made a decision without hearing both sides. this attorney is scared to stand up for his client, let alone if the other party is in law enforcement. i made a review before. i was basically bribed and was told he’d give me all of my money back if I’d just leave a “good review” or “take it down” all together. this attorney told me my outcome wouldn’t affect my life but it has and still has. i used him in a criminal case years ago and he was good, but using him for this case was a huge waste of time and honestly only made things worse because I basically was there alone in court even tho he was present. stay far away! esp if you have any troubles with a law enforcement officer that you were romantically involved with. and for the record , i asked him before hiring if he had ever dealt with my case type before and he said he had and won. so he made it seem like he was confident, clearly not.
