I have been calling this firm for a month! Left message after message and sent email after email!!! NO ONE WILL CALL BACK AND YOU CANNOT REACH A HUMAN TO GET INFORMATION! I will be contacting the BBB. I didnt want to give the one star but in order to post this review I had to :(................ They deserve a -0 As of today 10/11/17 I did receive a call from BETTY YATES whom was VERY VERY VERY RUDE! SHE PLACED ME ON HOLD WITHOUT WARNING AND YELLED INTO THE PHONE WITHOUT WARNING AS I WAS SPEAKING. ALL I WANTED WAS MY BALANCE AND TO UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS PAYING 4000.00 FOR A JUDGEMENT OF 2346.00 PLUS ATTORNEY FEES OF 782! THEY HAVE AN INTEREST RATE OF 23% THAT CHARGES UNTIL THE DEBT IS PAID. MEANING YOU WILL ALWAYS BE PAYING THE DEBT BECAUSE THE INTEREST DOES NOT STOP EVEN WHILE IN REPAYMENT. BETTY YATES IS THE WORST REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE COMPANY. SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE!AFTER ASKING FOR A SUPERVISOR SHE LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES !!!!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB AND MAKING A VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER CONSUMER COMPLAINT.

can't get anyone to answer on the phone and it says leave a voice mail and they return all call it's been two day and two voice mails and still haven't received a call from them
