Gary Peak can get it done when it needs to be. Had a case that he was assigned to me for a court-appointed attorney in which he tried in court and was able to personalize the jurors very well. Gary also gives a very strong closing statement, which often times can be what jurors make their minds up on. Throughout the process it was easy to see that Gary listens to his clients and their input while adding his input for deeper thought. Although it was a case that went to trial and ultimately got a not guilty verdict, Gary was a bulldog when it came to mediating for a midway settlement or some form of PTD. Very humble, informative and a God fearing man. Highly recommend.

I contacted Gary regarding a speeding ticket I had received in Ranger, TX. He told me it would cost me $1,000 for him to take care of it. I asked if this would keep it from staying on my record, his reply "I can't guarantee that". I wondered what the $1,000 was for. I asked him why did I need to pay him so much and he got rude with me and hung up. Beware of this guy he just wants to take your money for not doing anything at all.
