She doesn't return phone calls

Horrible service. Never return phone calls and the woman Shirley that answers the phone always have an attitude I don’t recommend anyone to use this “ so called” law firm. Just horrible all the way around

My daughters case "inherited" this lawyer and he is horrible about returning phone calls (months now) when she's told the secretaries that all she wants to know is when her court date is...still no return phone call after about a minimum of 25 calls to him and almost a year later...
