Unhelpful and unwilling to negotiate anything. Worst customer assistance. Need to be reported to the BBB.

Not willing to negotiate on anything. Them garnishing my paycheck has left me not able to feed my children many times. Horrible company. They should be shut down.

You get taken to court by these people. They don't try to discuss it with you, because they think they can talk down to you. I have called to talk to the female attorney who handled my case multiple times to discuss new arrangements so I could get the bill paid down, and she has not returned any calls. I have even left an email address for her, and I don't get an email from her.

The secretary usually is the most helpful to talk to, but it doesn't help when the attorneys can't even return a phone call or even email you when you leave a message.
