My experience was that Matt Baldridge is a very involved, caring and friendly attorney, while simultaneously being an aggressive and proactive attorney, who did everything he possibly could to progress the case as quickly and professionally as possible. He took a risk on my case because he believed in me when I struggled to find that support elsewhere and his positive outlook paid off. I hired Matt to help with a business merger transaction. He made sure every detail was covered and made my interests his priority. My family and I paid $3,250 for legal work that never happened. My sister and I called numerous times for updates on our case only to be told the attorney was out of the office. I travelled in from out of state and when I finally had a face to face with Matt, he hadn't done one thing with the case. He claimed the $3,250 was eaten up in telephone calls and to move further he needed more money. I told him my family isn't going to give you any more money because you haven't filed anything or done one thing with the courts. I'm a Paralegal and handed him all of the paperwork he needed. Nothing and I mean Nothing got done. Basically, we gave him $3,250 for nothing. I would never recommend this guy. He is a very poor representation of the legal community. I should have posted this review 2 years ago. I really didn't want to but now I have a change of heart. My family is hard working every day people. We trusted him and in return we got taken. I hope this never happens to anyone else. I do not recommend this firm. If I could give him a zero rating I would.
