Front desk lady being rude..

It is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE. WHY LEAVE THE NUMBER TO CALL THEM BACK BUT NO WAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE?! So so SO FRUSTRATING.

All I can say is wow! I was so nervous about coming here with all the really bad reviews, but my experience was so pleasant I needed to write a review before I’ve even left the parking lot. Regina at the front desk was so incredibly helpful! I have no idea what I’m doing or how this whole child support thing works so I had a lot of questions. Regina asked me questions and went to the back multiple times to get correct information for me! She was so patient and kind I was so grateful for that! I know this kind of thing can be very stressful already depending on each situation but to have someone be willing to help can take an incredible load off! I’m sorry there were so many bad experiences for others, but have hope people, come in and speak with Regina!! She’s awesome!! THANK YOU!!

The phone promps doesnt help. I didnt know my pin so I couldnt proceed. Needless to say, I was out of the state

I submitted paperwork for a review 7 and a half months ago and still no answer. I’m a single father with custody of my two oldest children and can’t receive any help from this office. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor they put me back into the beginning of the whole automated process. I have another child that I don’t have custody of and her mother can receive a review within 30 days of her submitting the paperwork. This office or the entire Texas Attorney generals office is seemingly to me being prejudiced because I’m a father with custody of my children. I’m kind of curious if any other men with custody of their children are having the same issues of not receiving fair treatment of services.

THIS OFFICE DOES NOT CARE ONE FREAKING BIT ABOUT THE CHILDREN OR THE PARENTS BUSTING THEIR BUTTS TO TAKE CARE OF OUR CHILDREN JUST ABOUT THE OTHER PARENT THAT DOESNT CARE! WE WENT TO COURT 01/31 THIS YEAR AND THEY JUST NOW 3 DAYS AGO SENT THE INCOME WITHHOLDING FOR THE CHILD SUPPORT TO THE SSI OFFICE. IM A PROUD TEXAN BUT THE AG'S OFFICE TO ME IS A HUGE 100% DISGRACE. ILL HANDLE IT ON MY OWN THANKS SO MUCH FOR NOT CARING ABOUT MY CHILD. SLEEP POORLY TONIGHT.

I'm not sure what this office does... Getting to a human on the phone is a skill. The people on the phone are useless. They claim to have a process, but I'm still waiting..

If there was a negative option, I would use it. I just got off the phone with the case manager. She repeatedly spoke over me, and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME! No, I wasn't cussing or being inappropriate . I was; however, upset because NOTHING has been done/ My case was transferred to the Temple office with no warning and no one bothered to forward my case information. This is the most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. I am PISSED!

This place is terrible. The workers like to give information out to the other party when they're not supposed to!

The automated answering system is of no help. It's nearly impossible to speak to a real person, and they are still of no help. Witch is ridiculous, the child cases are extremely important and should have a system and a staff that treat them accordingly.

This is honestly the most unorganized and possibly the worst AG office around. They will give you the go-round like no other.

I called to see where my money is at. The state took a big chunk 4 months ago! When I called, the lady said to call back at a later date cause they don't have any information at this time. I told her that texas has the money so where is it? She couldn't answer any of my questions or even expedite the money so I can take care of my children. I asked her who else I can call and she said they are the only ones I can call.

They do NOT help ....

Very poor service. We were told we had to attend a presentation before they could even start dealing a deadbeat dad. We showed up and they only had 10 minutes to talk to us and told us they would handle the rest. We waited 2 months with no mail or phone calls from them. When we were able to finally get a live person on the phone, we were told that nothing had been done AT ALL. They forgot to process our case. It's now been 4 months and they still haven't even provided us an ID number. I'm not sure they actually provide services to anyone. Sadly there isn't anyone else to go through for child support enforcement. In the mean time we are now $10,000 behind in received child support. Thanks for nothing.

The phone line is horrible, but it's not only this one all of the phone lines are horrible now. How many numbers do I need to push then finally get to hold forever before I can speak to someone.

These people don't care at all. They're not helpful and they just want to get a paycheck and go home.
