“The attorney-client privilege of confidentiality limits my response other than to deny his allegations” if it is so confidential...what is this you speak on with me suffering some losses? You have zero clue on what have or haven’t loss. What I did lose, is opportunity and money because of your bad legal advice. I had to fix everything you messed up. That’s why your work was timely. Because you kept screwing things up. As I told you on the phone, you are a dinosaur. Your successful times seem to be in the past and I am not the only one you have screwed over. I fired you as an attorney because you are incompetent. You spoke one time to me of how new lawyers were pushing you old timers out. It’s not anyone pushing you out but yourself. I had to come to your home several times. Real professional. Important emails went weeks without a response if I received a response at all. You use an email system anyone could hack into. Important information went to your “junk mail” as you told me. You aren’t up to date. Just as times change, the way things are done change. You are in the dinosaur age and not evolving with the change. From my experience dealing with Janice Jackson and a few others I know experience dealing with her, I can’t stress to anyone needing an attorney to look elsewhere. You will lose money and valuable time. So don’t waste either of it.

I am writing this review to hopefully help someone not waste their time or money on Janice Jackson. She is a terrible attorney. I had her as my divorce attorney but basically did all the work until I terminated her. I should have known when she also screwed a family member of mine over. His case too, he pretty much had to do all the work. Not only does Janice Jackson give terrible legal advice, she does not return phone calls, emails or anything else in a timely manner. She is all about getting money for services not provided instead of doing her job. I couldn’t agree with another posters review of her. Please find someone who cares and who is professional. You are a joke of an attorney Janice Jackson.

Ms. Jackson was my attorney in my family law case. She was there holding my hand every step of the way. She offered not only her substantial legal experience, but also emotional support as often I was confused as to what I should or should not do or how to handle a situation. She was always there to listen and to advise me. I felt comfortable throughout the process and received the outcome I had hoped for. Thank you, Ms. Jackson for taking my case seriously and making it as easy as it could be under the circumstances.

I used Janice a few years ago in a case that involved child support. Janice was very easy to work with. As it turned out shew was able to make a phone call and get everything straight before we went to court. Once in court we simply provided the judge with all of the paperwork and we were done in five minutes. A week later Janice called me and told me she needed to refund half of my retainer because she had not spent the time she thought she'd have to on my case. What a relief to find an honest attorney!

I highly recommend that you find an attorney elsewhere. I had her as my divorce attorney. She was kind and easy to get a hold of until after I paid her. Then she became hard to contact and was unresponsive to my calls and emails. She was kind at first but grew to be rude, short and curt. She took my money and was no longer interested in aiding me in my divorce. I finally got a new attorney who is wonderful and responsive. She also provides me with updates of our case. Please find someone who cares and who is professional. Good luck.
