Do not use this man. I had him as a court appointed attorney about 5 years ago on a once in a lifetime incident. I actually fired him and he still came back to my next court date.
This attorney blatantly told me, his client, that I was lieing. And till this day I will swear on my own child's life that I didn't hit that corrections officer.
He wouldn't even get the video pulled from richwood jail to prove that I didn't hit that officer.
5 years later and I'm still struggling.
This attorney doesn't care what you want. Or if your saying the truth. He will just accuse you of lying. That's what he did to me.
Years later. Here I am again. Mr. Grassi I wasn't lieing. But you sure didn't give me and option but to plead guilty. You had me plead guilty to a charge I should of never made a plea on because I didn't commit the crime. And you as my attorney refused to collect the evidence to prove other wise.
Still willing to bet if we get that video. You'd see where another officer caused those scratches on that womans face and neck. But I sure got charge with a felony over it. Over something I didn't do. AnAn
I was 21/22. Now I'm going on 30. And speaking this man's name puts a bad taste in my mouth. It's absolutely amazing how a few charges can ruin your entire life.
