So much more helpful then calling the call center. May take a lot longer to get an answer, but they give you a FULL answer instead of a short version that tells you nothing. The waiting area is always clean, and there's a table and toy for children, which my kids really appreciated.

The worker at the window is nice but a total waste of my time. The case workers are hard to get to and not helpful at all. I had to handle my issues myself with lots of legwork and tons of calls. They submitted incomplete paperwork several times and made my son lose insurance coverage for a few months. And don't even get me started on the affidavits I filled out locally only to be told by the 1800 call center that they weren't valid! Lol. Had to fight for them them to recognize their own forms. Seems to be a HUGE disconnect somewhere.

People should be proud conservators. They kind of tarnished the name of supporting your child. It just gets demonized whenever a parent is unable too. Its not seen as a burden.
They didn't mean to but I guess something had to be done at some point. Supporting your child use to be a virtue. If you couldn't... it was a virtue missed out on.
