I hired Brian Allen to help me with community division. Mr. Allen seemed like a professional attorney who knew the laws of Louisiana. I was sent a monthly statement most months like he had said I would when I signed the contract. This attorney wasted a year of my time did nothing to help me. He had charged me for paper work that he could not provide me a copy when I requested them from him after a year. I was told I would be mailed a copy .. ..it was stated in the paper work he gave me when I signed the contract. He talked to the other attorney my ex had then he said I had not been telling him the truth. The way I see it he did not tell me the truth and his actions prove it. Why charge me for work he never did. Why tell your client you will help them and then just waste their time. Mr. Allen being a Louisiana attorney can legally rip you off because Louisiana has his back. I was his client not my ex and his attorney I paid him for his services. Mr. Allen did not fight for me and my rights. A professional attorney should advocate for his client not try to force them to sign papers to help the ex. Husband. Since Mr. Allen works at Snellings, Breard, , Sartor, Inabnett, and Trascher, LLC in Monroe, LA which has practiced law for over 100 years u would not expect such unprofessional attorneys in their office. Seems to me Louisiana should check out the legal thief's like Mr. Allen who charge for work that he never did. It seems like Louisiana has a lot of liers that they title professional attorneys .

Initial interview was fantastic. Then months of stalling and billing for no results. I had to close my case with him when he ignored my repeated requests for action, as the dealership in question was quietly brokering a sale. The only reason I give two stars is that he returns emails promptly.
