I mostly worked with Brad but both attorneys are very professional and hardworking. I was nervous dealing with an arrest for the first time but all the steps I needed to take were spelled out for me, and I could relax knowing they were working hard on the rest. The result was beyond what I imagined - a DWI arrest into something similar to a traffic ticket. Are you kidding?! If anything involved in your arrest (law enforcement, etc) is suspicious or questionable, just give them a call. I have already and will continue to recommend them to others!

If you want a lawyer that will not communicate with you and not fight for you hire them. I got my first and only DUI they spread the case out for 6 mo because we had a payment arrangement, Never told me that the reason was to make sure they got paid. I ended up with the same offer the DA said the first day and had no communication and I am from out of state and they did not even let the court know so now I am stuck in Texas for 15 Mo. Never gave me any options. I called a new lawyer after them and he said I could do a few weekends in Jail and go back home. These guys kept me here for over5 to 6 Mo. Just to get paid. NO COMMUNICATION at all I called-Emailed and never got a resonce but the bill request came right in. They did nothing for me for 5k Which is 2k over most lawyers. They will keep your case open until you are poaid in full plus even though the 5k was all inclusive I was told I would have to pay 2k more if it went to trial. They Lie Cheat and Steal. And did NO work. The "Video" they told me three times that they watched but did not until the end. If you want to loose badly then call these guys. They will take your money and do nothing to earn it. May as well take the first offer that comes along!. Worst Lawyer Ever. I called anther one and he admitted he would only resolve the case when he was paid and he told me upfront. At least he was Honest. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS THEY ARE THE WORST AND DO NOTHING FOR THEIR CLIENTS. I AM PROOF 6 MONTHS LATER.

I habe nothing to say other than Smith & Vinson a really AWESOME! They did absolutely everything they said they where going to do. And I got around 99% of what I was asking from them. I choose them for 3 reasons.
1. They have awesome reviews.
2. They where about 1/3 the cost of the most other firms wanted. And took payments.
3. The most important thing though was they polite. Extremely kind. They listened to me before giving them a penny! I actually had many attorneys hang up on me, rude as hell, basically just wanted to talk money. I even missed a couple of payments and caught up buto no grief. Jaimie was the best. Anne was awsome, Mr. Smith, Mr. Vincent. For the amount of time I was looking at, 2-10 years for a 3D Felony DWI, Jaimie got it DROPPED to a misdemeanor, NO jail time, a $400 fine, my probation fees cut in half too $30. Man I can probably go on and on but my thumbs hurt! This team could not of made this hellish ordeal any better! THE BEST LAW FI'M I HAVE EVER USED. Thanks to all!
