Was good in some areas but really left me hanging in the end. Started off great but at the end showed little professionalism by not returning phones calls or emails. Back in July, I found myself in a terrifying situation in which I was arrested and needed a lawyer. I had a clean record up until this point and had no idea how to proceed. I didn’t know how people chose their lawyer, what they took into consideration when selecting one, or how they prioritized all the different factors that seem so vital before finding the right one. It seemed to me that I’d inevitably be taking a chance no matter what anyway. My method was googling my charge and “Austin lawyers” and just scanning through the little Google description. Without putting any thought, reasoning, or logic into my decision, I just chose to call David White. I wasn’t expecting to do anything but leave a message because it was a Sunday – it was Sunday July 3rd in fact. I was surprised that someone at the office answered and that David White called me back just a couple of hours later. In that brief first conversation, David had me convinced I lucked out with my random choice and I had chosen the right man for the job. I have unfortunately been involved with the court and legal proceedings a handful of times so I have experienced my shares of lawyers. David White was the first lawyer who I felt completely understood what I wanted and who set realistic expectations for me to follow.

My friend got caught in a ShopLifting case and David helped him within a time deadline as friend was an International student and had to go back home within a set date. David got the case dismissed !
