Quick and to the point.

Receptionist gave him fake or wrong info first wasted call. Left a ridiculous 4 min. Vmail faking like he has integrity and good service. 2nd. Wasted call, he didn't return call totaling 4-5 wks. Wasted time now. You owe me 4000$ restitution w daily accruing rate of 1.8℅.
