Do not pay any money to these people. They will not do any work on your case, but want to be paid. Never did anything to help my son. Good with words on what he can do and who he knows, but empty promises and words. Find someone who is known and work speaks for itself.

Because of my felony charges, I was facing a tough case. I know I had a past but I was concerned about not getting a fair deal. Jeremy was able to plead my charges down and get me a misdemeanor and probation. That was a much better situation that I expected. Call Jeremy.

Will not fight for you! Has questionable practices, seemed like he worked to persuade me to basically give up everything. Never fought for me or argued any of the issues from my side of the fence. For an attorney who asks for an upper margin retainer, but does lower margin work, never received a pre hearing conference, basically told me that my fate was in the opposing attorney's hands, agreed with everything that was said. Just basically a waste of time I could have done better representing myself.

I do not know of any judge or politician who is not compliant to service members. My attorney requested a continuance due to military duty taking me out of the city I am having to pay $500.00 in opposing attorney's fee's for that.

He can tell you what the law says, but I would take that with a grain a salt cause several things he told me were not true, or had a twist to them. so if you read all those other reviews and scroll past this one believe it.... I can't say what he did for other clients but I am telling you what he did for me. I even told him look at this situation in its entirety he kept saying "things are what they are", again would not raise any issue in court whatsoever. If you are in a fight for your children you would be making a fatal mistake in hiring this guy.

Jeremy Babers helped me get emergency custody of my son and rescue him out of bad situation with the mom. I don't know if there is anything I could ever say say that could describe that. He was a good choice.

He provides good information and was super nice. He made fighting for custody of my two boys easier and worked to try to cut down confusion. I was satisfied with his abilities in the end.
