I needed a Personal Will done immediately before leaving the country, and the staff was very friendly and understanding and quickly scheduled an appointment that day. The attorney I met, Jennings Kennady, explained everything to me and was able to put together a comprehensive Will ready for me to sign the next day. Excellent services, and I recommend them highly.

Do not use..The secretary in the office lets other people outside of the office know that you are seeking a lawyer and lets your buisniess get out their...I do not Recomend this location or attorney to be used..The secretarys name was Maria...And is the only maria in the office that usually takes calls..Do not use them what so ever if you plan on winning your case....

My family has used David Fanning and the firm on several occasions. The thing that always amazes me is the consistent professional experience that goes until the case is actually finished.
I hear and have experienced first hand the nightmare of a firm that starts a case and for really no given reason just bills, bills, bills and cannot finish the job. They leave the case and youre in a worse position than when you started, that is when David, Jason Milam, Jennings Kennady and Laura simply pick up the pieces, set the hearings, do the work and finish the case.

David Fanning is a consummate professional. He is well-versed in the law. He works hard and it shows. My divorce/child custody case was a tough one, the other plaintiff had the funds for a long and arduous fight. I started off with a lawyer, whom was highly sought. Once I was getting nowhere and the case was looming for over 2 years, I started looking for another lawyer. I was referred to David Fanning and it was a blessing. We had a meeting, he couldn't understand why we hadn't already been to court. He set a court date, debated in court, done and over, a win all-around, papers signed and could move on with my life. Thanks to Jason Milam I was able to adopt my daughter. I am not her biological father but I have been her father since she was two years old. Even though we are not related by blood she is mine! Was going through a ridiculous custody battle with my ex husband; and also had two lawyers prior to finding David Fanning. I wish I would have found him sooner so i didn't have to deal with what I dealt with for so long because as soon as I hired David everything got done on the spot.
