3 weeks ago I gave him a case to see what he could do in the city of grand prarie tx he did state he would try to do his best to help out with the speeding removal ticket , but that the city of grand prarie is a little more strict and that officers do show up to court , it was a speeding violation and a non current address on drivers license violation ! He spoke to me on the phone and told me to go and get my new address on my drivers license and that he would for sure remove that one and that we would be in contact. well I never heard from him again up untill today that I got an email stating that the speeding had been dismissed but that I owed the drivers license one so I decide to call him and Check up on it , he answered the phone in a very rushed like manner so I told him what I was calling in about and then he puts me on hold for 4-5 minutes then asked me so how can I help you ? I stated the fact that there was no comunication with me from his office. he then reply’s we have nothing to talk about that why we have an email ((I’m like ok I don’t check my emails on a daily basis )). So I then ask what happened why is it that he was not able to remove the speeding and not the change of address one he said look I did you a favor by removing the speeding one.. . up to that point I’m like you did me a favor ? No mr.gomez you did not do me a favor you are a lawyer and that’s what I’m paying you for ! He then stated / complained that I have gotten multiple traffic tickets in the past! Mr.gomez in order for you to keep your firm open and have a job guess what ? You need people like me that come in with traffic violations / tickets , it’s your job I’m just another client looking for a lawyer if you aren’t wanting to take the case or don’t have time to do it correctly don’t take it ! there are multiple lawyers out there your not my only option ! if your looking for - in a rush , rude , defensive against a client when there asking a question about there case , and doesent give a fly about the clients outcome he’s your guy ! Ps . Mr.gomez leave the receptionist work to the girls you hire to answer the phones ...

I do NOT recommend this lawyer, didnt help at all. Secretary told me to go with the lawyer to court bc it was going to be better. A few days later I got a notice saying my case was deferred and my tickets only lowered $50, which was the same amount I paid the lawyer. Then I called the office and the secretary changed her story and told me that it would have been better for me NOT to go.
