He asked for money up front and then never registers to be your Attourney. Almost had bond revoked for missing a hearing Because he’s not listed as Attourney of record. Get a receipt if you must use him. But he’s a crook. He knows your in a bad spot and will make himself wealthy off your bad situation and leave you in a worse situation. Read the reoccurring theme in his low star reviews. Haven’t had my calls returned for weeks at a time, no idea what’s going on with my case. So frustrating. All he gives is lazy man answers and will outright lie to you.

Mr. Tim Haney is a very personable, talkative, honest & knowledgeable attorney with a pleasant personality. We were able to finish my case rather quickly & at a reasonable rate. The only issue I had was with keeping constant communication, but I understand that the attorney was in a staffing transition for the stint of my case. Besides that, everything was great.

He was referred to us by another attorney. We hired him for CPS CASE. HE told us he can help us get our grandkids out of foster care. We paid him $2500 . He never returned any of our calls. We had to make appointments so we can ask him questions and our concerns. Told us he was gonna do one thing in court and never followed through it. HE IS A LIER. We DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. He took our money for services that were never rendered . BEWARE

I cant tell William H Jones has been in grayson county 90 days today with no word from this man and i was told when he comes up on the lists to be seen he will be. 90 dayas I cant Tell. so far no good
