TERRIBLE service, crooks that rack up fees and take advantage of people's misfortunes. I've been President of my neighborhood HOA for years and have nothing good to say about this law firm.
Once they get the accounts in collections they drag them out and rack up even more fees.

Legal is inevitable when running an HOA but knowing your rights as a board is critical. If you want quick resolution to delinquent accounts make the collection process as short as possible with the management company and make sure the lawyers hired for the HOA on behalf of the management company have solid guidelines to follow. Be realistic with payments and dont be afraid to foreclose on homes if required.

Also, if you think they have the HOA's best interest in mind you're in for a rude awakening.
