Thank You!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
thank you
James Green.
Thank you lawyer Jeff!
I highly recommend this Law Firm, they helped me throughout my case always very attentive on my court days, very satisfied with their services!
I followed their advice, did what they suggested when they suggested it. They had earned my complete confidence. In the end I was rewarded with a dismissal of charges by the D.A. office.
I highly recommend Brandon Fulgham and Jeff Hampton. Together are a winning combination. Kelly Russell
I had a really ridiculous, Class A misdemeanor charge pending and decided I should probably seek legal representation through this firm after reading the reviews.
To be honest, I was still a bit skeptical in the beginning. But after meeting with Mr. Fulgham, his confidence and professional put me at ease. He stood in for Jeff Hampton, who was assigned my case. After meeting Mr. Fulgham, he left such a favorable impression on me, I was almost hesitant to meet with Jeff...thinking he couldn't match Mr. Fulgham's energy.
I was wrong.
His confidence was JUST as solid and the man all but convinced me that I'd walk away from my situation just fine!
I remember sitting in the courtroom watching the other attorney's enter and they just didn't have the "essence." But when I saw Mr. Hampton walk in with his confidence oozing all over the place, I'd sit up straight myself and lift my chin up a bit! lol. Hey...had to match my attorney's energy! You know...be a team player! lol
What I like most about them is that they made sure I understood the entire process, outlined the approximate timeframe it would take, and all but guaranteed me I'd get the result that I wanted. I respected that. They wouldn't give me 100% confirmation, but gave me a strong "relax...I got this" lol!
Well, things went EXACTLY as they told me. With each step along the way, these gentlemen made sure to inform me of what to expect during the next step. Even notified me of any additional changes that took place...even on the most minor of scales.
But, in the end, the outcome I wanted was the one I received. They delivered on their "almost guarantee" lol. And as pleased as I am with their service, I hope I NEVER do business with them again if you know what I mean, lol! I hope they understand, lol.
But if you're ever in need of legal representation, you can't choose a better firm! These guys are incredible and they stand on their word!
In my case, it was pretty apparent the initial prosecutor didn't want to go to trial (the "victim" was obviously not being honest). But day of trial, where we had been told repeatedly I was going to be offered deferred, the first prosecutor hands it off to another who, coming into it blind, doesn't want to offer me anything. Without missing a beat, Brandon was ready for trial. After a day and a half trial, the jury acquitted me, not guilty.
When your back is against the wall and you're facing criminal charges, the importance of having someone you trust in your corner cannot be overstated. If the need ever arises, I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to Brandon. Furthermore, his fees are reasonable. He's a great value for the work he produces.
A little background. I had a troubled adolescence, leaving me with a record for mostly Marijuana possession before I hired Brandon, among other non driving alcohol charges. This makes it difficult for an Attorney to defend you when you have "Priors" that the Court can see.
My Case: I got into an altercation with a roommate in College in 2012, my first and only violent crime. Because I had lived in the same "dwelling" as this kid, the Police were able to bump it up to Domestic Assault, a Class A Misdemeanor, instead of a regular Class B if you just got into a bar fight or something.
I got a referral to Mr. Fulgham from another Civil Attorney that is a family friend. If another Attorney is willing to refer him, you know he's got to be good at his job.
From the very beginning, Brandon was very forthcoming and transparent. He gave me expectations for worst-case and best-case scenarios. Instead of getting the first deal offered from the DA and pushing me into a deal, Brandon did his due diligence and softened him for a couple months until we got the best possible plea bargain.
Even then, I was not pushed into the plea bargain. Brandon laid out what the strength of the case was, our chances of winning a trial and what both courses of action entailed. Ultimately, I took the plea bargain because it was my word against my roommates. I had a record and he didn't.
My plea bargain included an Anger Management course (required for all Assault cases), $300 fine, and a 90 day deferred adjudication. With completion of the terms, the case was dropped down to Disorderly Conduct, a Class C Misdemeanor, and dismissed as that. I would say, out of my 7 arrests, this is the best deal I ever got, hands down. On top of that, Brandon was not the most expensive attorney I have ever hired but his result was definitely the best.
Even after successfully having my case dismissed, Brandon still went the extra mile this past year by doing not only my Expungement on the Assault case, but also every case on my record in Tarrant County that was up for Expungement which was a total of 3 for a discounted fee (plus Cost of filing each) because I was a prior client. This can be a very expensive process, and I shopped around to three other attorneys for quotes. Brandon's total price for filing and his fee beat all other Attorneys by over $1500.
The name of the game here is Value. It wasn't cheap to hire Brandon, but he wasn't the most expensive in the business. What you are paying for, is Peace of Mind and putting a Lawyer in your corner who not only cares about your result, but also what consequences the results can have on the rest of your life after your mistake is taken care of.
It's been four years since my arrest. I have had no other arrests since. I graduated College and plan to go back for my Masters degree or possibly Law School. This was all made possible by the one and only, Brandon Fulgham.
If it wasn't for Brandon and his team I would not be sleeping at home with my family right now.
I wasn't just a number on a piece of paper to Brandon and his team. I was a person that needed help and assurance and he and his team provided me with that.
He was a DA before moving to his own practice. That means a lot. Knowing he and his team know both sides of the fence and are able to work in a different manner in court
He has my business for life.
There not just after the money, Brandon & his team really to care about the people there representing.
