A true "Family" lawyer !

Seldom does anyone have anything good to say about attorneys, but I feel I must share my appreciation as Christmas Eve marks our one year anniversary of our daughter having her prayers answered by the courts in Collin County. Randall Warmbrodt and his team worked diligently for several months to ensure my daughter's voice would be heard so she could establish a healthier life. Warmbrodt and Associates in Allen, TX turned over every leaf, had great forensic specialist, and counselors for the entire family throughout the entire process. Furthermore, they knew the law and it applications to the fullest; as was shown in trial when the opposing counsel whom had been in law almost thirty years was on his heels and was caught dumbfounded. Today we as a family reflect in appreciation and celebrate a true New Year as a Family. Thank you Randy Warmbrodt and Amanda Martinez. Happy New Year 2019!

The Worst Law Office in DFW........ Pure Criminal Literally

This is the 2nd time I've chosen Mr Warmbrodt to represent me. The first time was restructuring custody of a child. Randy was very caring and compassionate to our needs. He enabled us to create the best parenting plan for our little girl. More recently I needed representation again and immediately sought Mr Warmbrodt. He and his team are knowledgeable and strive to meet your goals. Awesome job again!

Mr. Warmbrodt and his associates were partners I trusted and respected throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my questions, they were compassionate and Randy often took time out of his busy schedule to strategize with me. He didn't merely dictate a plan, he listened to my needs and ideas....together we plotted a route to success, which ultimately ended with me winning custody of my children!

Mr. Warmbrodt is an amazing attorney. I have an extremely difficult custody suit. Mr. Warmbrodt and his staff have been nothing but professional. They really care about you and your family. I have always gotten a quick response even if it was after hours. All the court lingo can get confusing but he takes time to explain it in laymans terms. It’s not often that in a hard situation such as cases involving your children (and faced with hiring a ‘stranger’ to protect this most precious asset) that you find the perfect fit. But that has been my experience with Warmbrodt Winslow Associates.

I have found every member or their staff from the vet first phone call to be extremely courteous and competent. I came to them disheartened and with a feeling of dread and before the case was finalized had become calm and confident.

Our case went to trial and they fought hard for us in the court. Results was everything I asked but even if it went the other way I’d be just as happy that I hired them because I know how hard they worked.

I cannot recommend Attorney Randall Warmbrodt strongly enough for all matters involving Family Law. I stood by one of my best friends as he had to deal with the stress and pain of a protracted custody fight. Time and again he told him how his attorney was there for him step by step. Randy was flexible and helpful with the payments, yet he never stopped fighting for him.

Mr Warmbrodt was very knowledge and professional. He has excellent communication skills and is prompt at returning all calls and e-mails.

My experience with the firm was working this guy. Granted it was only a month but I tell you what when I left I was sure glad I got out of there. Mr. Warmbrodt was very rude, condescending and to what I would presume from the many stories I heard, a raging alcoholic. Within the first few weeks I heard how he had on more than one occasion shown up to court drunk, to which every employee think it's hilarious... He has a bar in his break room and more than once left the office or closed the office early to go catch Happy Hour somewhere with the rest of his employees. He has a short fuse if he doesn't get it his way, the first time.

Stop looking and hire this firm right away. Mr. Warmbrodt and his staff will fight for you nonstop, until the very end. While they assisted my sister in a highly contested divorce case, Mr. Warmbrodt's knowledge and expertise calmed our nerves and handled everything for her. Mr. Warmbrodt even gave my sister his cell phone number and worked for her around the clock! The staff is very knowledgeable and even helped my sister do a Will at the end of her divorce case. They are the best in the area!

When we met with Mr. Warmbrodt he instantly put me at ease with his breadth of knowledge, calm demeanor and no nonsense delivery of information. We discussed what our goals were, what was realistic and what the process would be like. The entire firm was always helpful and responsive when we had questions and didn't ever take action without discussing the pros/cons of doing anything. Ultimately we got the outcome we discussed when we started and we couldn't be happier.

This lawyer is nothing but a scam artist. Very impressive first visit, but turned out to be all hat and no cattle. Price given turned out to be very bogus. No guarantees but supposed to be ballpark figure.. Three times as much paid no satisfaction!!! Now can't even get him to sign a release saying he is no longer our attorney, so my granddaughter can proceed with getting the child support she desperately needs!!!! Avoid this outfit like the plague

I was in a desperate situation battling for custody of my infant daughter. Mr. Wormbrodt sat down with me and went over some things that he was writing down on a note pad that I think he must have thrown in the trash after we spoke. I retained him and his associates for about twice as much as other attorney's, thinking I would get what I paid for. This is not the case here. You will pay for much more than you get with this attorney, unless what your looking for is an egotistical, self centered, greedy, attorney. Throughout the whole process I was able to watch the majority of my retainer be eaten up by being charged for them to email each other or meet with each other in there own office. I was even charged for them to review an email of mine where I sent pictures of my daughter for them to see. I was hesitant to be in contact with them because it would cost me so much to communicate, even though I was siting in the dark, wanting to know what progress we were making. I've never felt more hopeless. In the end they dropped me as a client, my case is still not resolved, and they are billing me for an additional amount. I've never been in a more desolate situation than dealing with this attorney. If someone came into my house and robbed me, took my car, and emptied my accounts I might feel better than the situation that I'm in now after dealing with them. These attorney's are no more than common thugs on the streets wearing nice clothe's.

Everybody in this office is very professional and polite. Mr Warmbrodt is an excellent choice for handlingfamily law legal matters.

I used this guy for a divorce situation. Gave him a retainer which he blew thru very quickly with nothing to show for it. The divorce was uncontested and no court appearance was needed other than to have the judge sign the divorce paperwork. He then presented another surprise bill for another 4K. Angry that I didn't have my checkbook to quickly give him a check for the unexpected bill. UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND-DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I always refer to him as WORMbrodt. He is bad news. Something fishy about his good reviews. They pretty much all pertain to child custody matters. I would not trust a good review on this guy. He is bad news.

I dont deal with lawyers on a day to day basis,but i know for a fact this company will scam you and take your money. If they have any idea,knowing you dont have a clue on what your doing they will take that and run with lies. They stole a good $3,000 from me. Lieing and lieing making me feel stupid. Also they say the will work with you but in the end they won't. I had surgery and also was in a car wreck showing proof of both. We never once got a real court date. They would always say they set one but for some odd reason change it. On thier website they claim to help or give you their decision or best advice never once did they do this even tho i requested them to do so mutiple times.

This is a very unscrupulous firm! A bunch of blood suckers!! All they do is take advantage of your distraught emotional state and rack up ridiculous charges! Then, when you are left with no money and no way to pay, they immediately file to withdraw as your legal counsel with the court, leaving you to fend for yourself! Do yourself a favor and find another firm. All these people do is take advantage of trusting people. They are the kind of firm that gives the legal profession a bad name!!!

Mr. Randall Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow was instrumental in helping my family with a difficult child custody battle. They were highly skilled in the law and very caring and personable. As a result my daughter and son in law were successfully released from any allegations that were brought against them. Seeing the hurt and pain that they were in, hurt me as I had to watch them walk through this very difficult time. Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Winslow conducted themselves in such a professional manner. They gave me the confidence that I needed to know that they were doing everything with in their power to help return our grand children to my daughter. Each time I would bring up a point for my daughter to bring to the attention of their attorneys and she would say they are already on it. Their attorneys were able to calm my fears and they won the case. I cant thank Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Winslow enough for returning my grand children back to their family.

Excellent and detailed service. We called Mr. Warmbrodt's office a few days before Christmas and they were willing to take on our case before the holidays. They were fast and very efficient. They did not miss one thing that involved our case. We won our case and were so happy that our family was reunited. We will be using Mr. Warmbrodt's firm for all of our family law needs. I can't even say enough about how much experience they brought to the table. Thank you so much!

Mr. Warmbrodt is extremely knowledgable and well versed in family law. This became very evident when my ex husband hired a flat fee attorney a few years fresh out of law school. Mr Warmbrodt has been very patient with me and his staff is amazing. We have had to jump through outrageous hoops because of my ex husband and Mr. Warmbrodt has done so with professionalism and efficiency every time. He is the only attorney I would trust with family matters moving forward.

This law firm overcharged me to write a simple letter full of grammatical errors. I was not kept informed of important issues regarding my case. The paralegals lied repeatedly. If someone needs help from a law firm with employees who act in a professional manner, this is definitely the wrong one.

Although Randy Warmbrodt was articulate and good at writing up court documents, he way over billed for his time and miss very critical deadlines on our case.

His arrogant and controlling demeanor makes it difficult to deal with him. I spoke with former staff members, and they confirmed that he works up his monthly billing with the goal of charging each active case approximately $10K monthly.

If you have money to burn, then you will like him as a lawyer and he will LOVE YOU. If, however, you are not rich, then you need to go elsewhere because he will rob you blind.

Overall, my main complaint is poor communication regarding documents and the entire process not being explained in layman's terms, and the office is moderately overpriced for services provided along with a confrontational attitude from Mr.Warmbrodt. The office was more than willing to call me on a regular basis to notify me that no progress was made via voicemail and also charge me for such notification. If I have received no documents or email and I do not call someone, I am well aware no progress is made. Please do not charge someone for that. Mr.Warmbrodt does not seem to take too kindly when you try to evaluate the firm. I tried to give some feedback on how I felt throughout the case in order to help him improve his interaction with clients in the future. Rather than apologizing or accepting constructive criticism, I felt rudely insulted through email with him defending himself as if he was in a court room. That behavior is precisely the thing he needs to work on. I am the client, and I deserve a little respect and should be able to express my opinion about how everything was handled.

I interviewed 3 other attorney’s before retaining Randall Warmbrodt, about 6 months ago. I chose Randall Warmbrodt because I felt like he and his staff were very professional and on point.
Going through a divorce after 9 years of marriage is a very stressful time and it was new territory for me. Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow truly had my children and my best interest at heart.
