I had to hire James for a legal matter that my previous representation was of no help. James was honest and upfront about the possible outcome. James was able to get a mediation very quickly. The issue was resolved at mediation. I know now that I should have hired James right from the onset. I take pride in having James as a friend. James was retained over a 12 month period to pursue litigation regarding a person we were foreclosing on. The person owed us almost six figures and at the last minute files chapter 13. James admitted he held limited success to stop the person from being allowed to obtain CH-13. We challenged and reached trial. Surprisingly, James perform very well displaying judicial reason to deny the CH-13. Liberal Judge, circumstances out of our control. There were a few things James should have done but I should have pushed as well. So it was not 100 blame on James. I would recommend James and I would retain his services again. Like hiring all Lawyers and Attorneys, they are only as good as how "You hold them accountable and work with them", never allow them to call the shots 100%.
