If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Mr. Alan is the real deal. No frill no gimmick no BS. I used him for my H1b, Green card (convert from eb3 to eb2) and filing Citizenship. He has delivered on all cases as promised.

Prior to doing business with MR. Alan I interviewed other attorneys (Well known in DFW area) for my Green card and all made tall claims, saying my situation is complex, My company would have to make me a director, etc....and all wanting top $$$. Surprisingly I got Mr. Alan Chen's contact during one of attorneys I was interviewing to take my case...she asked me to wait in waiting area due to an urgent call. In the waiting area was another person (who was giving his friend a ride) told me "What are you doing here. You need to go to Mr. Alan" I took the leap and so glad I did. And I wish I could thank that person.

Mr Alan is also priced reasonably compared to other attorneys. IF you are shopping for a law specialist Mr. Alan should be your first and last stop. One last thing I should add is the staff at Mr. Alan office are super awesome. Big shout out to Kate!!! Very understanding and patient :-)

I just did my J-1 Waiver, H1B and REF together with Mr. Chen. Both of them are approved in a smooth way.

Alan is very professional and knowledgeable. Alan and Kate worked hard on my case, as i have to pass the J-1 Waiver before applying H1B. I really appreciate their great help on my case.

I wish I could give a zero rating. I had worst experience with Alan and team and got my GC PERM application rejected due to their negligence. DOL has sent a query and Alan's team neglected in answering it with in the given timeline and so DOL rejected the initial application. My employer had filed subsequent application (and insisted to go with Alan again as he promised to be more responsive) and the same thing happens again. I lost 3+ years on my GC application due to Alan and histeam's negligence. He is the most irresponsive attorney I have ever worked with and would suggest you to avoid his services.

Both my employer and I had no H1B application experience. We are a small company and my personal academic background was much more complicated than most of other international students. Also, we didn't have much time to prepare. We first talked with Alan in early March, and the deadline was April 6th.
The whole process was easy and efficient. We meet Alan twice during the whole process, 1. sign the engagement and 2. submit the documents and checks. Each meeting took about 10 minutes. worst experience ever! (wish I can post zero start) I rarely write any bad comments on any business service, but this guy is really rude and just want to get your money right away... I sent email via their web and give them my background and he replied to say it's better to talk over the phone. But when I finally get hold onto him to talk over the phone, after I told him my situation and ask if he will be able to help, he said he cannot say anything unless I schedule a consultation and pay $60 right away on the phone... I was trying to be polite and honest so I told him that other lawyers I had brief phone conversation would at least tell me whether they are confident they can help me, then he said "why are you calling me?" and then hang up....dude, no matter you buy any type of service today, you always ask around first...yes, you are a lawyer but does not mean you are above everyone...with such huge self-centered attitude, I doubt he can be a good lawyer for anyone.
