All I can say is the ethics of this practice is suspect and is very disappointing from an Eagle Scout and fellow Baylor Grad. I was promised by Vanessa my bill from my 2 clinics would be taken care of. She promised me that she would be calling me for reductions when she got the final numbers from the settlement in a couple weeks as of early April 2018. Needless to say this law firm paid out the settlement including the PIP, which is to put towards medical bills for the client. Vanessa promised me my clinics would be taken care of and gave me verbal LOP. I took this as her word and the law firm especially from an Eagle Scout. Providers beware of this law firm as they don’t give out LOP’s and will promise you that you will get paid...wow just noticed the review from the client ...5 stars ...wow and didn’t pay the providers that got you that settlement!!

I was in an accident in March and had injuries resulting from the crash. Obviously my first call was to a doctor to get checked out but was told I was going to need physical therapy. Spoke with receptionist on the phone in regards to a potential case. I was very discouraged and disappointed after talking to her. All the reviews showed 5 star & great experience but I was thoroughly disappointed. The lady made me feel as if my "potential case" was not worth their time. She never even stated if she was a paralegal, secretary or even a case manager. After giving her a brief discription she immediately discredited my situation and experience and told me it would cost thousands of dollars and we wouldn't win. I called to simply see if this was a route I was going to pursue hoping the Lawyer would help me to determine that. Not the lady who answers the phone and heard a quick summary. I don't recommend this office. I gave them a 1 but I wouldn't even go that far.
