STAY AWAY! Just spoke with WIll and he was rude and not personable at all. SO much for the great rating online. He said I had to come in to the office, and I told him I cannot. He told me too bad. I guess people are not allowed to have cancer and be unable to drive to Dallas, sit at their office, then wait longer for the jail. Never heard of such a thing and never had such a bad experience!

I’ve literally have used this company all of 3 months . The main issue is that there is a communication barrier between the shifts which causes a unsavory experience for customers. I’ve literally had to go to the office on more than one occasion due to miscommunication and careless treatment of acceptance of my payments. I would only recommend if you live in Dallas and actually don’t have a problem with going up there daily to make sure your paperwork and accounts are managed properly.

I didn’t experience great or good customer service. Spoke with man dont know his name but he talked to an employee about my sister situation & i heard her in the background saying what she wasn’t going to do which I thought was rude and after he found out my sister wasnt in the county he hung up in my face without a proper ending. I was handled unprofessionally and unproper. Everyone experience is different and mines wasn’t good. They wasn’t compassionate in this stressful situation and that is what the families need when dealing with an unlawful arrest. I will be calling another service once my sister is in the system. Delta you need more compassionate and professional agents.

I came in needing an immediate warrant lift for two traffic ticket warrants. Ending up paying $180 for both, and did paperwork and left within 15minutes.
It has been 2 days and my warrants are still active, I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes, and then was told the lawyer “wasn’t able to do it today because he was busy”.... ??
What is the point of an IMMEDIATE warrant lift if it’s not immediate?
Won’t be using them again. Other than that, VICKY did a great job in helping me.
