No sense of urgency and lack of communications with their clients.

I first started using their services about a year ago. I needed to amend a few documents. The lawyer (at the time in charge of my docs, who i also never meet and only spoke with his assistant.) said it be easy and fast as along as i paid in full amount ($1.000 or so) first before everything was set into motion. After i was set and ready to go, a few months passed (3 months). I checked in with my rep only to find that he and his assistant had quit or retired. They had not completed the assignment, they didn't tell anybody at the office about the pending assignment (along with other casses), the office had changed almost all of their employees to new ones so no one even knew what i was talking about when i went in looking for my documents. They weren't found until later on (1 week later) when my new rep said he had found my case along with others in some part of the office just stashed away. After i had gotten that half of the assignment done i still had a few things to do. Long story short I was tolled it wouldn't get done until a year later from now do to "busy and slowness in government paper work". Decided to check in a few months later, pissed off at the fact that they weren't going to be ready yet according to the office people just to find out, that the documents that i so urgently needed had been in fact ready since a couple of months ago. I never received an e-mail, call, voice mail, letter, or txt about my documents. This business lacks communications with their clients and should really work on that.

Wow best experience ever. Armando Flores and his staff are the best, they go out of there way to help. There fees are responsible and they work out payment plans. I will recommend them to anyone that has a family case.
