I paid mr. Whittaker a retainer , and he never showed up to court , and nene did the work I paid him for . Currently trying to get my retainer back , but it looks like I’m going to have to file a complaint with the state bar to actually get anything done . I would recommend you hire a different attorney unless you want to pay a lot of money , and still have to hire another attorney .
