I totally recommend working with this law firm. I would ask for Mrs.Wendy. AMAZING, HARD WORKING woman. Very sentimental when dealing with cousins case and also kept us updated with any changes. I called yesterday & from the minute she started talking, I knew I wanted to work with her! Thank you Wendy for all your hard work!!! If ever need be to come back, I will be working with her! Her customer service was fantastic & my cousin left a happy camper.

Called them and ask for help with a speeding ticket. Everything was processed quickly since it was dealing with money. But right when i called back after reading such reviews, they started becoming aggressive towards me when asking for a refund. They said it would take 15 to 20 days to do any paperwork to start working on the refund. Then i had to take it to my bank to issue a refund.

They dont listen to you. They would take your money and thats it.

I was excited to be able to have them help me fight a speeding ticket I received and had a good outlook after speaking with Gretchen. However, it went downhill from there and quickly. The amount they asked me to pay was paid but THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING. I received several notices of late payment and missed court dates before I went to the courthouse myself and found out there hadn't even been any contact from bobbitt law about extending the court date so as not to tarnish my record further! I had to call them upwards of 8 times before I had any real response other than "we will see what's going on" or "we will get back to you". They also don't call you back. EVER!!! I waited a week thinking they were just busy but nothing. I finally decided to ask for a refund when I paid for the speeding ticket myself and low and behold MORE BEATING AROUND THE BUSH AND NOTHING HAPPENING! Another 5+ calls had to be made before anyone would even let me speak with some form of higher authority. When they finally do send a refund it isn't for the full amount I paid! Working with this firm was so frustrating and irritating and took so much of my time away. I highly recommend you STAY AWAY! If they have too much on their plate they should tell you so they don't waste your time or money.

I hired Bobbitt Law to represent me on two traffic tickets in Dallas county. After 8-9 months I received a letter from the court stating I had two Failure To Appear warrants. This law firm said they could not get the warrants lifted and I would have to pay them. This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. I would not hire these people for anything. They do not keep there word and are just flat out incompetent.

Worst experience ever, should have read the reviews prior to hiring this firm!! It's been near 10 months, got a letter for court date a week prior to the date. Called the firm and told them I would not be able to make it and told me they will on my behalf as the power of attorney, well a few weeks later I get a letter stating that I have a warrant out for failure to appear in court. Called the firm and now they want more money on top to reschedule ANOTHER DATE! It's been almost a year and nothing has resolved. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I received a speeding ticket back in 2010 and decided to take my case to Bobbitt Law instead of just rolling over and paying the fine. After a quick visit, an exchange of paper work, and paying for services rendered (substantially less than the cost of the ticket) I was told I could be on my way and they would contact me if they needed any additional information. After a lengthy amount of time not hearing from them or even thinking about the ticket, I received a letter that stated an attorney from Bobbitt Law showed up in court on my behalf and was able to get my speeding ticket completely dismissed. What a great way to start 2018. Thank you Bobbitt Law!

They only care about your money. They seem promising but have turned my life upside down from the outcome of my 1st offence possession of marijuana under 2oz case. I payed a ridiculously high retainer fee expecting great results. I set up a payment plan with an agreed amount monthly. They would changed the price every month. Harass me for there money before the payment was due , but when I needed to contact them for court or something serious, no one was answering phones , emails, or text messages . They only way i could get in contact was when i chose the option for a new case to be started. And the people are so rude , like you already have answers to the question youre asking them. My lawyer was late to court over 45 minutes 3 times with out giving any heads up!! They say if you are unsatifyed you can get your money back but that's a lie. I wanted my money back with in the 2nd month of hiring them but they said no due to the fact I signed a contract and didn't pay in full upfront. Very unprofessional. I had to serve time due to incompetent lawyer. My case did not get taken seriously and I received no information when it was important about my case.

I got a speeding ticket on 03/25/17 that was $195. On 03/27/17, I hired Bobbitt Law for $125 and the same day, I signed power of attorney forms to have them represent me in court to get it dismissed. I was told they would try their best to fight for the ticket to get it dismissed. The day after my court date, I went online to the Arlington municipal court and saw I failed to appear and so did my lawyer!! I called them right away and they got me to sign new forms and rescheduled my court date. Again, I told them I could not attend and they would fight to dismiss it. I then look again after 9/18/17 and saw they had plead no contest for me and I had to pay the original fine! I called again and they said I had to be present to fight it, which no one ever told me that! They also told me they got the fine reduced to $175, but online it still shows $195. I could have done that job myself, or hired another lawyer for $50 who said they would do exactly that! They did not beat around the bush, they told me straight up they would only plea no contest and get probation. These clowns lied to me not once, but twice. Every time I call in, I get a different story. They do not know what the heck they are doing there!!! So i ended up paying $125 to them plus I still have to pay my original $195!!

Bobbitt law firm is the best. From the start to the finish. They took care of a ticket for myhusband. Was easy to go online to find out about court date. Any guestions we had we could call them. Very helpful. They got the ticket dismissed. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. If needed I will use them again.

The Bobbitt Law Firm is outstanding. I highly recommend them. My wife received a traffic ticket and within 10 days the ticket was dismissed and we did not have to spend anytime dealing with it or doing anything other than making a phone call. I initially paid $150.00 to hire them, because they said they would have my speeding ticket removed on my record, and have my case dismissed. By the time my case went to court I had just come out of surgery so I called and told them I could not make that court date. So they said no problem just give us Power Of Attorney to represent you and send $105.00 for court fee. Which I did, and today I received a letter saying, because i did not show up for court my case is now in warrant status. WHAT!!!!???? I gave them power of attorney and money for court fee!!!! So to sum it all up. I have paid them out $255.00, and I still had to go on line to the City Of FORT WORTH's ticket site, and pay my ticket of $286.00!!!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Terrible experience over a simple traffic ticket. Received a "CONGRATULATIONS!" letter in the mail saying my citation was dismissed. A ~month later received a letter saying I had a warrant for 'Failure to Appear'. When I called to inquire, they told me they had a computer glitch but did mail out a notice that I should I appeared; a notice I never got. My 'options' were to re-hire them to bond me out warrant status; all of which was being explained to me by the most unprofessional, unempathetic associate I ever recall encountering.

There should be some responsibility on the part of this law firm to actively follow-up with those clients affected by a computer 'glitch'. This borders on bait-and-switch or deceptive practices at the very least.

Dont waste your time , they dont give you information about your case unless you call them, i went to my citation and called three weeks after and they didnt even find the folder with my case info.

They lack communication skills unless it's time to collect money. When you call to followup on your case they tell you they will call you back and never do or their phone system is having "issues" and you get hung up on before getting to speak to anyone.
I was told by Juanita and Rose that a manager would return my call by 6 today. By 540 I figured since no one has called me (as usual) I will call them; I've been on hold for 26 min and 42 sec.
They WILL NOT call or email you with updates regarding your case so if you are looking for representation, do it yourself before you hire Bobbitt Law for ANY legal needs.

This place is garbage. You're better off representing yourself. I've gotten better traffic deals pleading not guilty on my own.
