If you do what they say and cooperate 100%, (I mean if you don't plan on that anyway then why hire them?) they will get you a great deal and make sure you are covered and then some. Two years ago, I was T-boned by an inexperienced driver, and my work truck was totaled, along with the other car. The whiplash effect put me in need of over a year's worth of expensive treatment by a number of specialist physicians. The Patterson Team took care of all the billing details so I did not have to stress myself about it; allowing me to focus on getting over my injuries. They ensured that the bad driver's insurance paid in full. However, the other driver only had minimum coverage and their policy did not cover all the bills.
Fortunately, I had Underinsured Driver coverage on my own policy. Never having needed it, I had forgotten that it was there. The Patterson Group found it out quickly and put it to use for me. To my chagrin, my insurance company did not want to honor my long-held coverage. It took several months of determined work to convince them otherwise. We finally came to a settlement that pleased everyone.
Without their help, I never would have had the experience or know-how to make stubbornly reluctant insurance companies do the right thing. If you ever have the misfortune of being on the receiving end of a bad accident, it would be a good idea to seek the Patterson Firm's representation. Otherwise, doctors and insurance companies will walk all over you; possibly driving you to bankruptcy or other ruin.

They’re not very understanding, they’ll leave you in the dark about your case for weeks and then contact you saying they have to drop your case instead of helping you work things out. I was willing to go out of my way and do the things they needed me to but they didn’t bother giving me the chance and instead returned my files and dropped me. Someone hit me head on in my lane, totaled my car and put me in the hospital. Police report showed that the driver was 100% in my lane when he hit me. His insurance refused to pay for the damages. I did not have to do anything, just went into my account with to check for up dates. When the other drivers insurance company finally agreed to pay, Now my insurance refused to pay. Patterson's law group asked me what i wanted to do and I told them to go and sue them. They sent the insurance company a letter stating that we are we will pursue a lawsuit against them. That's when my insurance company agreed to pay. I did not have to do anything but sit back and wait. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve never had to work with an attorney, so I was a little leery to even explore legal options after my car accident. I first discovered PLG after seeing them mentioned on a local FB group. I looked at their reviews online and was impressed by all the 5 star reviews from former clients and felt more comfortable reaching out to them based on that.

From my initial meeting until my final settlement, each person I interacted with on the phone or by email was exceptional every single time. Everyone was extremely professional and caring. Anytime I emailed or called them with questions they always responded promptly. They kept me informed each step of the way and always checked on my progress.

When I first went to them, I was frustrated at my lack of overall improvement, despite several months of treatment. I was also incredibly stressed by the amount of pain I was experiencing on a daily basis on top of having to juggle work and family responsibilities. They assured me that they would have me assessed by one of their medical providers to get to the bottom of why I was experiencing pain that far out from the accident. Long story short, after several tests, appointments with specialists, and recommended therapy, I greatly improved.

There were a lot of things that had to happen to get to the final settlement, but they took care of everything. All you have to do is concentrate on getting better medically.

Medical care, health insurance, auto insurance and the law are all pretty convoluted processes individually but when you put them all together the situation becomes daunting at best. I found myself in this situation last July when I was hit from behind and thrown into the back of a tractor-trailer.
Phone calls to and from insurance companies and doctor offices became very frustrating. I was struck by another motorist head on and rolled while at work. I have been out of a job for several months, and did not want to go after anyone other than the guy that caused the accident. Even though he had only the minimum coverage. My medical, and lost wages took up most, if not all of that. Tina did not force, or even push me to go after the employer. even though that meant they may not have been paid much in the end. She and the firm respected that I did not want to go after my employers insurance. But when I was let go, I gave them the green light. A few months later they negotiated a very good settlement with both insurance companies. and I can now move forward with my life, and start to put it all back together finally. Life will always throw us curve balls, if one of those happens to be a car accident, don't hire just any lawyer. hire a firm that will treat you like family, not a pay day.
