POS law firm. This whole thing is a scam. I sure they will go under soon. You can't run a law firm on scams forever. What goes around comes around. They won't work on your case, they will only ask you for money. I had to change lawyers. Huge waste of time and money. Horrible people here.

Mr. McConathy is a very skilled and dedicated attorney, from the moment I hired Mr. McConathy I knew I had made the right decision. Keep this Richard McConathy's number in your phone. Met him at a party a few years back and figured that it wouldn't hurt to keep his contact. I'm glad I did. He got me out of jail within a few hours so i didn't miss work and took the bull by the horns from there. From start to finish Richard had total control of my case. I never had to worry about what was happening. After a year we set it for trial and we got a dismissal when the jury was in the hallway about to come into the court room. Complete bait and switch. They have Richard sell you a bill of goods, over promised and under delivered.

Do NOT hire this firm, they are a total rip off, I fired them due to their inability to communicate or tell me what was going on with my caes, they only contacted me for money, literally they give me 5 minutes to make a decision before walking into the courtroom. Mr McConathy is great at convincing you to hire him by scaring you to death he will pressure you and put the iron claws in you to scare to into hiring them and then they overbill you and do nothing. Before my felony was ever FILED with the county and before they could have done any work on that case, I fired them, they kept, no; rather they STOLE an additional $1, 400.00 of my money, AFTER billing me 500.00 for a traffic ticket!!!! I make $14.00 an hour and am struggling to pay my bills, they are crooked, how do you take money for work you NEVER DID. Im filing with the BBB against them, get another lawyer all they want is your money they don't care about you and will take your money and take the first deal the D.A. gives them and charge you ridiculous amounts and leave you out to dry. Fighting a Felony DWI with Child, Mr. Bolton was able to get a good deal seeing I finish probation conditions. After a year of fighting, stress, anxiety we closed my case 18 months of probation, classes, community service, and interlock device. If I successfully complete probation with no problems, my felony DWI with child will be reduced to a Class B DWI Misdemeanor. Mr. Bolton answered all my questions, concerns, and returned my calls in a timely manner. After speaking to different lawyers making all kinds of promises, this law firm explained what I am facing, consequences, and what strategy we can take to get where we want to be. I was JUST A NUMBER! They would hardly ever show up for court dates (just kept postponing) and once came and represented someone else and left, I had to wait to the end and the judge had to call and ask if they forgot about me. When my FINAL day in court came, they sent someone I've never seen OR even talked to, to represent me! Thank GOD I wrote a letter the night before about myself and what they should know, because up to that point, that had not taken the time to get to know me. Richard did not even take the time to watch the police video with me, he only came in 5 minutes left of it and pretty much gave me no hope.
